With the arrival of the Rocky Times In Quahog event, characters and buildings in Quahog have tasks to help you earn essential materials and drop stuff to help you unlock Boxer Peter and Rocky Balboa, and of course you want to know which ones earn what & how often. It wasn’t in my game until after post went up, I did wonder why there wasn’t a premium item for Gloves but I added it as soon as it appeared, it’s at the top of the tables.

I like to play freemium but i accidently put rocky down and started timer im gonna try and get hime free way but i have clams just in case.

Good luck, getting the buildings will be key so get Bixer Peter unlocked and sparring for gloves ASAP.

I put Rocky down right away also. Luckily, I’m a big fan of the Rocky Movies, so I got Apollo in the presale. I’m a freemium player also and only buy the premium stuff during events I like. I will have Rocky unlocked by tomorrow at the latest. With Apollo collecting steaks the whole time for boxing, it has been quick. The slowest part is collecting the barbells, but now real way to speed that up I can’t wait for Ivan Drago.

the gym passes are killing me .. only 2 characters with 4hr tasks so it takes me about 12 hrs to train once !! and then the screen freezes on me and i don’t get to finish more than one bag … i got only 10 bags so far

Have you tried storing some stuff to free up memory in your game? Sometimes helps when these kind of mini games cause crashing.

i don’t have many buildings .. my quahog is almost empty ..
well i got bored and paid 10 clams for the last 2 dumbbells and unlocked Peter … the screen freezes in the first few seconds of the training and i lose 2-3 seconds which i could use to down one at least bag ….
peter is clearing his first boxer now … how’s the steak drop rate so far ??

Steak drops were good until I placed Rocky to unlock, now they are sporadic as Meatballs have dropped more. Once I got both dropping together.

i just placed Rocky last night and already had 2 drops with meatballs but no steaks .. u were right as usual 🙂 but it’s ok cuz Peter’s 3 hr task means several chances per day …ill get those steaks and those robes eventually i guess

My autoupdate didn’t happen and was at work a way from my WiFi until the next evening, so I’m a bit behind! Grumble. Still, seems like you are getting way more golden things that give you dumbbells than you should be with only two people tasking it!

Holy…!!! It took me two days to come up with 18 boxing gloves for the meat house, now the cheesesteak place is NINETY-FIVE boxing gloves?!?!?!

Yeah getting Boxer Peter sparring is a must to progress – I gulped when I saw the glove costs too, but 40 gloves from sparring will help, just going take time get there without Apollo.

Yes, I got a shock too seeing that we need 95 gloves! As RT says, priority is to get Boxer Peter first. I reckon I need a day more to unlock Peter. Godspeed everyone!

NOT JUST ANNOYING THAT BOXING RING THERE BECAUSE SLY IS TIMED YOU NEED THE RING TO GET ITEMS NEEDED FOR HIM BUT CANT DO ANYTHING WITHOUT BOXER PETER. REALLY WISH TINY CO WOULD LET YOU KNOW FOR TIMED CHARACTERS WITH AN OPTION TO PROCEED OR WAIT. 5 DAYS LEFT TO GET SLY AND CANT EVEN GET STUFF FOR HIM BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO SPEND SO MUCH TIME TO GET PETER FIRST. BUMMER

Yes a pop up warning when you go to place the character that you will activate a timer would be great. On a side note, please no more All Caps, it makes your comment,which is a very valid one, hard to read. Unless your keyboard Cap Lock is jammed then I’ll let you away with it, lol.

Annoying that it put in the boxing so early when you can’t use it until you get Boxer Peter; it just sits there taunting you about how useful it will be. 😀

Definitely, it’s supposed be a distraction from real life, and I’d swap all my characters, well except for STewie, for a decent nights sleep. They ever cure my insomnia I’ll be done for with this game!
