- Players will need to complete Phase 2 Main Questline in order to move on and see New Phase 3 Content
- Players will need to be on the App Market Version 1.50.1 or higher in order to see the event.

- Don’t have a TON of Tasks open in your Task Menu. If you have too many open, no new ones can arrive. (Keep it under 10). If you do not see new Tasks popping up, clear out some incomplete Tasks already on your List to make room for more

Can’t get hotdog badges, so I can’t build any buildings, I’m dead in the water. Used all my tokens sending Gene on pranks, got no badges. I’ve also given up on the Joe costume, materials are too difficult to obtain for anything. I’m over this convoluted tedious event. Next.

Anyone win Camp Wars part 6? I meet all the requirements except for deer being at level one, and I’m using Junk Food and Cat Actor with Stewie and have lost 4 times. That doesn’t sound right.
The other side sends one camper every 3-5 seconds, sometimes multiples and the cannon doesn’t even phase them. Can’t imagine what level 10 will be like.

I can’t as it keeps crashing and then automatically loads as a defeat, I think the crashing is partly due to the high volume of rival campers that seem to appear. So I’m stuck, and losing water balloons I built up due to the crashing. But with your Campers I’d have thought it should be possible

I tried once and got destroyed in seconds so am waiting till I get the deer to level two. It’s too costly too keep wasting water balloons.

Got Deer to level 2 and using the same campers, minus Stewie (forgot to select) and won easily. Streak 7 is back to phase 2 Packages and cannon leaders from phase 1.

What technique did you use? Even with my deer at level 2 I got destroyed three times in a row. Those mimes just walk over me barely even slowing down.

The mimes weren’t so numerous and their defeat was rather quick. Stewie was on cannon (not sure that does much) and I leveled up to 4 before sending any campers. Almost as if TC had tweaked to make win possible.

I got past Streak 6 with little sweat too. Jock and Deer both level 2. Use Athleta, Swimmer and Fireman for the other 3 campers. Whoever is manning cannon, read Peter, is not important.
Do all your upgrades to max. Then wait until the first opposing camper crosses to my camp before releasing all my campers. Ensure your first battle takes place at your side of the camp. Keep releasing any campers once recharged.

Hopefully you’ve passed 6 by now… I’m at Streak 9, so it should be possible. Characters used: Campfire Man L3, Athlete L3, Swimmer L3, Jock L2, Deer L2. I will try to battle 9 in 30 mins, so I’m not sure if I need to level up more to beat it.

These hot dog badges from phase 2 are virtually impossible to get now. I’m at 123/129 for Joe, but need 30+ hd badges to get the go kart track and whatever is after that. It would cost me 56 clams to unlock him but what’s the point, not like he’s useful. Also need 14+ hd badges to get the buildings for Susie and one of the buildings for director guy. Now, I know I can send Gene on pranks to get hd badges, I say shenanigans. I must’ve done that over a dozen times now, prob more, and all I get everytime is 5 firewood. The chance for anything else is LOW, so that’s what I expect. Thoughts?

So, right after I posted this, I got 3 packages in a row from doing pranks. I clam rushed opening them and got 6 water balloons and 3 camper cards, nada on the hot dog badges. Come on!!!!!!!

Tough to get hot dog tokens for me too. Stuck at 123 for Joe. My thoughts are that you shld prioritize to use hot dog tokens for the new building that drop items for Susie. Joe is a new costume that is useful to man cannon only if you don’t have Gene, and early stages of Camp War. If you are in Week 3, priority is to unlock Producer Ben or Susie. I will save what I have remaining to unlock Joe towards the end.

I’m exactly in the same boat as you. All the same numbers. I actually just signed in to post what you wrote. Messaging TinyCo is a waste of time. I have probably messaged them about drop rates 6 times of the past year and every single time, I get the old “drops are normal rates. But doing 9 pranks and not getting ANY eating badges is not normal. Although I am an addict…… I’m so close to moving on from this game.

I was exactly where you are Erocman with regards to Joe, so I spent the 56 clams as opposed to trying to collect all those hotdogs. I realise he’s not terribly useful but the way I see it you’re obtaining a full character costume for 56 clams, and at least he can be used to man the cannon.

I’ve yet to get any hot dogs or masks since the week 3 started. Anyone else having this issue? I’ve pretty much always have week 2 or 3 boxes ready to open and always doing the 2 hr task to prank the week 2 camp. I know its “low” to get hotdogs, but got them all of the time with this in week 2.

I always just open timed characters straight away and never usually have an issue unlocking them on time but this may end up being the exception. Not a single Mask drop yet so no way to get the building only item for either character.

I’m beginning to doubt I’ll be able to unlock the Joe costume. While I am on week 3 now, I haven’t had a hotdog badge thing drop in days – I’ve chewed through all of pranking coins with Gene. Unwrapping standard care packages doesn’t help either. I still need 30 more hotdogs to build the last few buildings from Week 2. I just keep getting wood, balloons, and upgrade cards *sigh*

Funny that some people seem to be mentioning streak 6. That is exactly the same one that I am stuck on as well.
I have both the jock and the deer on at least level two and all of the previous (including past premium) characters on at least level 2 (or much higher) as well. My players seem to be strong enough but the problem is the opposing team’s players are just a constant / never ending wave. My players seem to take way TOO long to recharge. By the time I can finally release more players in my team, it is too late.
These are the characters that I have been using:
Schpupel player – level 3
Swimmer – level 3
Junk Food Monster – level 2
Jock – level 2
Deer – level 2
(all of these characters are at least as strong / or stronger than their in-game recommendations)
Still, I have tried a few times and just get creamed almost immediately (or at least within the first minute or two). I never had this much trouble with previous weeks – only that I sometimes could not see my players / characters which were being released. They have made the opposing team too strong and fast now. 😣

I keep crashing due to the high volume of campers on screen, which sees me lose 6 water balloons each time, very frustrating especially when I’ve bought premium character to help me get through these

I just tried again. I was able to pass streak 6 with no problem now. They must have made some adjustments in the game, as I found it to be easier than my previous attempts. As for the crashing, I have also experienced more crashes in game than usual (only when doing the usual stuff in my town though such as placing / moving buildings or setting characters on tasks [questlines] etc.). I have not had any crashes before, during or after doing any battles though (I am playing on ios 10.3.2 on an iPad mini). Hopefully they can sort the crashes with your game out for you. 🤞

I have the same campers at the same level as you and twice I’ve gotten clobbered quickly…only have Peter to man the cannon, but he’s irrelevant by the time I get pushed back…upgrading is painfully slow – random drops from packages and unwrapping time of 4’30” is ridiculously slow…I’ve seen the same thing – the competing team just keeps pushing out players quicker than I can keep up…wow…this event is extremely frustrating…

I have messaged TinyCo 10 times now in 14 days due to the glitches I have been experiencing – mainly freezing mid battle – but also not receiving awards for some of those “defeats”. They have not sent a single response or even acknowledged my message other than the auto message saying they will get back to me soon when the message is sent. I am now on week 3 – beat streak 1 but was frozen out of battle on streak 2. Received no care package, etc for my loss. Also did not get credit for campers deployed in the achievements list – had sent out at least 5. And lost 6 balloons – again. Every time I go into battle I shut down and restart my computer, clear my cache and then only open FG – nothing else running in background. This is extremely frustrating. All together I have lost 36 water balloons and did not receive 4 care packages (and 3 aprons although I finally got enough to unlock Gene) due to defeats as a result of freezing. And not a single response from support to the 10 messages I have now sent in 14 days. Can you help me get their attention?

I can’t finish several things because it says it requires the playgroud. For ex. Lois pitch a tent, Bruce complete obstacle course, Scotmaster Peter coach camp sports and kid Quagmire run through sprinklers. Just where is the playground? I don’t have it and can’t find it. I’m working on unlocking the new campers, Producer Ben and Director Susie now also. Thanks!

If you select one those characters tasks, you should see a ok sign on the task that says requires playground, click on that and it will take you to it

FYI – for part 3 of phase three you have to finish (actually open) the 5 fancy care packages, not just queue them as with Joe’s tasks.

That’s what I thought was happening, but they could have/should have made it much more clear.
I may consider this as I bought the panty fort, and each fancy care package will now be 18 clams vs 14 per day from the fort, so if I do six packages I give up just under 8 days but save 27 hours of unwrapping.

Is anyone having an issue with the game crashing on Streak 4? Every single time I attempt it, the game will crash after I have released my first wave. I have contacted TinyCo but have not heard back yet.

I generally find if I fight with Peter I crash, without I don’t. Given how poorly he mans the cannon, it isn’t a big loss.

I have that problem but I’m on strike 2. I haven’t been able to go past the first wave just like you for more than a day now. It just keeps crashing. I updated to the last version and I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app again (again), but it’s not working anymore. Last time I tried it I only got all my buildings overlapping onto each other and on the streets. I managed to solve that, but not the crashing. We’ll have to keep trying and wait I guess

I e just had put some the first 2 phases stuff away in my inventory to try stop the lagging I’m getting. Maybe try that, or don’t have many buildings near the event area to try reduce the visuals in the area. I know shouldn’t have to do this

Mine crashed when I had camp leaders in inventory. If out of inventory and walking around when I go to war I have managed first 2 rounds of week 3 without prob so far.

Even with Stewie manning the cannon, got crushed at level 6. Would seem Jock & Deer need to be Level 2. Save your balloons before attempting.

Still on Phase 2… sane problem everyone else has, stuck on part 6 of bulge. Don’t they try their events before putting them out there!?!? This is the last straw. I spent clams (300 or so) and I’m already 2 days behind on Week 3. Perfect!

Ok, so TC gave mi 10 hot-dogs as compensation for issue which letnie me place Boys Cabin. Nie I need to wait about 2 days for Gene and than start to pranking or trying to win bonus camp wars. If everything will be good I will start Phase 3 before the end of the event. I assume I shouldn’t be happy…

Do the pianos for susie drop even if we haven’t unlocked her yet?
I usually wait before starting timed characters so I can get the buildings in place first. However, would thus mean that I miss out on the opportunity to get pianos from besting the earlier (easier) streaks?
I’m worried because if it’s like round 2 we will get stuck on higher streaks and end up with single pianos for failure.

I did one war before repairing her to unlock her and the piano I won added to my total but as I say this was just one war, I honestly can’t say if it was a lucky glitch or if they will collect for sure before you repair her. Sorry that’s a really middle of the road answer

If you even saw the piano then that suggests you can get them because sometimes the awards aren’t even visible until the character is unlocked.
I may also do 1 streak as a test. Worst case scenario is I miss out on 1 piano which I could get from a loss later on.

I did get a workout tape counting for Producer Ben before I placed his building. I fought the war first and then placed the building because I didn’t have enough wood, and there he was with one tape already. And I’ve seen pianos drop in all wars I’ve fought so far, so maybe they’ll count for Susie. Fingers crossed 🙂

I was just going to ask the same question basically. I’m worried that any pianos collected will not count towards Susie until she is unlocked. If anyone knows, please let us know. I’m waiting to unlock her so I’m holding off on doing any camp wars now.

Got about 14 hot dogs tokens from last attempts at Pranking and opening care packages. Helped me to progress past Part 6 of Quest Line. Finally!
Read in a comment that Bunmy had gave feedback to Tinyco about us getting stuck on Part 6, so I’m sure they changed something! Thanks Bunny and everyone else who gave feedback to raise the issue!

Do you have the stats for the new cannon leaders, I think they are power, range and cool down, I think I saw them for the first bunch of leaders but not the last bunch. Is this something you can get.
On a side note, I have made 10 inquiries with TinyCo about Excellent Adventures buildings as I have not received mine yet and they will not answer. I can put other inquiries with this question and they will answer those. I certainly do not get what support is.

somehow im stuck at 12/14 packages for Joe and it’s the last thing i need to claim to unlock him !!! the standard packages aren’t counting towards him anymore ??? do i need the fancy packages now ?!!!!! cuz they’re waiting in que … but i won’t know before tomorrow because im still unwrapping standard packages …but they’re not counting towards him …

I was stuck the same, I found selecting to unwrap an okay care package registered and took me to 13, then I chose a new Fancy package and it completed. So either the okay package did something or TinyCo pushed a fix

Wow. I thought the last Phase seemed buggy. I’m stuck still collecting firewood for the hot dog eating contest and and stuck. I seemed to get the eating badges (now that I’ve said that I probably jinxed myself) but feel like I’m not getting anywhere. It was nice for a day or two when the battles worked well, I could see everyone (and made progress). Now suddenly I’m at battle 8 and the graphics are buggy again, just watch steady marching of the campers down to my camp. Peter does NOTHING against those campers. I can’t tell, but it seems that I’m not defeating any of the rival campers, just watching my guys go poof. Maybe it’s time to step back and take a breather so to not stress out over a silly game. Kudos to TinyCo for trying something new, and something that could be interesting and fun, but unfortunately was not ready for full rollout right now.
Thanks as always for all the information to know what’s going on though. You guys all are the best.

They are aware of the eating badge issues. They just gave me 10 badges for completing one prank which allowed me to get over part 6. Once I got Gene, I beat the bonus round a couple of times, but haven’t since. I’m wondering if that means I won’t be able to get Joe. I need more buildings and upgrading campers, which can’t happen unless I have a way to get more standard care packages.

Now you have Gene, Pranking is a way to try get badges or packages also. Joe’s costume will be there to unlock until the end of the event.

Pranking is slow due to the 6 hour tasks to get badges and the drop rates are the end of the prank are all ‘low’ for gene.

I got most my Over Eating Badges from pranks. I had built up bus tokens, which were dropping well for me, whilst unlocking Gene so that helped me do quite a few pranks in a row

Same here. I managed to beat the bonus twice with gene but not since. I guess it continues to get harder. So back to ok care packages and no progress.
It won’t even let me claim the new prank achievement (or it’s really not obvious how to do so)

Joe had a new achievement for me, 10 Eating contest badges for 1 prank. Will be able to advance in week 2 quest in an hour or so…

I just loaded my game to see an achievement of doing 1 prank for 10 eating contest badges.. Next time I looked it’s gone and I don’t have the badges (nor did I claim the award).
Anyone else seen this?
I thought it was a way to help people who are stuck move on but it’s gone now.

Yep. I’ve since tried doing a prank (had to wait until it was complete) and now have the ‘claim’ message but I can’t see anything to claim. I’m not in phase 3 yet so don’t have any new achievements from that.
Very odd. I’m messaging TinyCo so I’ll keep you posted if I hear more, RT 🙂

I also had a glitch the first time I went through streak 1. Messaged TinyCo at 5 am this morning — no response 10 hours later. I think TinyCo has an internal goal of seeing how many players it can anger and then how many of them actually will quit playing.

a full week has gone by now without 1 hot dog badge dropping from either camp wars or pranks. and why are prank drop chance low instead of common?!? I’m still very early on in phase 2 so how do they honestly think people can stay on track, progress and be ready to start phase 3 with these horrible drop rates. are they that ignorant? I have messaged in game multiple times and am so sick and tired of TinyCo saying things are dropping as they should. NO THEY ARE NOT!!!!

So.. Am i seeing this right? New phase requires 6 water balloons to battle, each battle gives us 1 tape and 1 piano. We only have 7 days to get susie that means to get the 73 pianos we would need 438 water balloons to battle 73 times. Umm.. Is it even possible to get 438 balloons in 7 days? 32 tapes for the producer needs 192 balloons and isnt timed.. but really does anyone else find these numbers a little unrealistic even for someone playing 24/7 as it is?

The tapes for Ben, well again they increase too, and at Streak 10 should you hit it you will have them all

These battles are frustrating, I only got Gene the cook by litetally failing every attack. Now I need to upgrade like crazy to stand a chance in this phase! If only you could choose which camps to attack to get packages…
On a cheerier note, once you place Ben, under his video tapes it says “Beat Steak 10 To Unlock All Required”

I’m stuck at the Battle of the Bulge Pt 5 too. Can’t defeat the camp wars bonus streak so I’m getting no standard care pckgs to upgrade the swimmer or the athlete. Cook is not winning any in the pranks. Sometimes I see the campers, sometimes I don’t.

I’m enjoying this event, week 1 was frustrating but week 2 was enjoyable and I feel I am caught up and ready to dive into week 3! My only question is why Camper Peter is so useless? Peter is the main character and he’s been doing nothing for the event.

Like many others I am stuck on part 6 of phase 2 due to only having 10 of 20 eating contest tokens needed for the hotdog stand. I have two care packages in the queue from when i eventually beat streak 10 but unlikely they will contain what I need and the bonus streak is too hard to get more pacakages (visual problem is back too).

God this is a tedious event. So today we’ve got a rather uninteresting new character “Producer Ben” to unlock, another uninspiring timed character “Director Susie” to unlock, another list of 470 spears to acquire to obtain Brains new costume, a new group of campers to grind away at trying to get cards in order to upgrade in order to try and win at the glitchy Camp Wars, and a whole new batch of items now requiring Drama Badges.
That’s in addition to Camper Joe and Gene the cook that a lot of players are still collecting for. And we still need to be collecting Water Balloons, bus tokens & care packages – And don’t get me started on the lack of Hot Dog badges!
I am currently on vacation so I am luckier than most as I am able to dip in & out of the game pretty often, but it still feels like too much hard work.

I finally beat Streak 10 to get 3 much needed Standard Care Packages. Hoped for at least 1 lot of hot dog drop from it but instead I just got 3 water balloons. 3 firewood and a few camper cards. So like many others I’m still stuck at Part 6 needing hot dogs to be able to buy the Hot Dog Eating Contest before I can progress.
Luckily I have also just unlocked Gene so sent him on a prank mission. Hopefully he’ll be able to score me hot dogs!

I looked multiple times last night and my new content didn’t drop (I met all the criteria listed at the top of this post except the new update). So this morning after doing everything I could think of and starting the day assuming that there was a new update that still hadn’t dropped in the App Store, I went to Ollieland to collect and lo and behold the new content dropped. Just something to be aware of for people who are in the same predicament.

Thanks for the tips but they won’t be able to do me any good since it looks I’m never going to get past Battle of the Bulge Part 6 because I only have 15 hot dogs and can’t beat the bonus streak to get care packages. I have the cook but he’s useless since the water cannon doesn’t seem to do much to the rascals. So much for this event.

If you got the building that drops sweaters for Gene just keep trying for him. All the other items are dropped from characters. Once you have Gene, send him on pranks to get the hot dog badges as a possible drop. I had a similar issue – couldn’t win the camp wars and not enough cards to upgrade the swimmer needed in part 5 of the questline. Getting Gene helped me get boxes to open.

I gave up battling the camps with chef, instead I focused on using him to prank. It took some tries, but I finally got enough eating badges to move past part 6

I also beat streak1, and it showed all the little rewards but they didn’t register in my game, nor did it register as completing drama camp part 1. And, it took my balloons from me as well!. I’ve messaged TinyCo, but no response so far. UGH!

HELP!! I won the first battle of the new phase and when I “unwrapped” the Packages they DID NOT count towards the last goal I have to unlock Joe. This is so discouraging I’m ready to throw my iPad across the room. Just don’t understand why this event is one glitch after another.

What packages did you unwrap? If they are the new ones… I am checking to see if Fancy will count for him or not.
Also, ensure you are not confusing just what UNWRAP is. UNWRAP is putting a package into queue to start the timer on it. It is not looking inside to see your 3 prizes. 🙂

Did you find out about the Fancy Packages? I put five in the queue and the achievement counter stayed at 11 of 14. If it’s only going to count to the achievement if they are the first two types of boxes, that is messed up.

I waited until my last package was almost done and placed one Fancy Package and it counted. Placed the rest and finished the achievement. Unfortunately, there wasn’t another achievement for unwrapping, which means I can’t get Joe until I find an extra 30 Hot Dog coins for Go Kart Track.

Already problems. I beat streak 1, and it showed all the lil things I won going up into the right hand corner. But I received nothing. The balloons are still there also. I swear it showed I won and is was fast! I’m afraid to try again.
