Greaser Quagmire is a new premium Character Costume released as part of the Fast Times At Griffin High event. As with all premiums, it is your choice to determine whether or not he is someone you want to add to your game.
Greaser Quagmire costs 210 
clams. You can find him in your store to purchase. You’ll find a Do I Want That post on him HERE.
He does come with a Questline, Grease Hunky, more on that in another post.
