I just unlocked Buffalo Bill from the Quahog Historical Society store, and Stage 3 of unlocking him (having him see skin suits) requires his basement, but I can’t find his basement in any of the stores. It’s not under “Featured”, “Buildings”, “Decos”, etc. Is there something I’m missing?

Am seriously struggling to unlock this guy and therefore even complete Phase 1. The number of tape drops I’m getting from the Zombie Monkeys are really rare at the moment. This is why I never manage to even get to the later phases in any of the special themed quests…! Feel sorry for Peter, has had to cut up no end of those monkeys!

Tape Drops make it impossible to finish him for the bonus. I’m averaging a tape 1 out of 4 times, so basically 8 hours per tape. Not enough time in the task to finish bill with bonus and peter has been doing it since Saturday. Boo.
