CHARACTERS

Queen Victoria Chris (Full Character): 250  Clams, Task to clear Chimney Sweeps (6hrs)

Stewie Holmes (Full Character): You’ll be directed to repair him in the event area at  Pt 1 of the main Questline Gone Guy. The character himself is NOT timed but there is a 20 Clam Reward if yo can unlock him within 3 days.Task to clear Chimney Sweeps.

Here is where you will trade the Evidence you collect for Buildings & Decorations to use to further your game play in the Event.

Here are the items you can unlock during Week One…

Big Ben: Chance drop of 2 Violins every 4hrs
Cost~ 60 Evidence

Pipe Place: Chance drop  of 2 Bubble Pipes every 4hrs
Cost~ 150 Evidence

The British Pound: Chance Drop of 2 Bagpipes every 4hrs
Cost~ 320 Evidence

Holmes Sitting Room: Chance drop of 2 Shortbread every 8hrs
Cost~ 200 Evidence

Murdered Meg:
Cost~ 190 Evidence

BATS

These are the little baddies in this event and are quite simple to deal with, it’s just more of the tap, aim and fire we’ve seen in previous events. Before you can clear them you’ll need to get some Tennis Rackets, you’ll get them here:

 Tennis Racket (Common) –  Peter Join A Country Club, Chris Go To Gym Club, Bonnie Play Tennis, My Dear Watson Elementary School (always)

Once you have a Tennis Racket you will find Bats flying around your sidewalks.

Simply tap one of them to bring up the targeting screen.

Then move the Tennis Racket until the green target circle is on a swarm of Bats, you’ll know it’s in target as it will turn purple, then simply hit the check mark to clear the Bats.

I am seeing up to a maximum of 8 in my game.

The event rewards for clearing Bats are as follows:

Per Swarm of Bats Cleared
3 Evidence (Always)
1 Deerstalker Hat (Chance)
1 Kilt (Chance)

CHIMNEY SWEEPS

You will trigger them and learn about them at Part 1 of the main Questline Gone Guy.  You will find them wandering your sidewalks and you will need to use a Character task to clear them.

Tap on a Chimney Sweep wandering around to bring up the Payout and Character needed, you need either Stewie Holmes or Queen Victoria Chris.

Simply tap on SELECT to choose the Character. Please note you can also put the Characters on the tasks directly from their profiles.

Queen Victoria Chris

Task Time: 6hrs.

Chance Payout:
12 Evidence (Always)
2 Haggis (Chance)

CASE FILES WEEK 1

You’ll find a full and more detailed post on this by clicking HERE!!!

Think of this as a “CHECK LIST” of items that will help you gather resources for the Event.

You can get to the current Case Files Screen by tapping on the Icon in the lower right corner of the game screen.

Once you complete a Special Order you will see CLAIM appear  above the icon.

You must  be mindful of this and tap on the “CLAIM” button next to an order to gain your reward. As I say be vigilant on collecting rewards in order you trigger the subsequent task.

To go quickly to location of a Case File you need to complete, tap on the “GO” icon next to it.
