There’s different end dates in FAQ and on the event timer, so I’m trying get the exact end time nailed down by TinyCo, will update ASAP.
ADDICTS ANNOUNCEMENTS & INFORMATION
***This event isn’t an easy one to rush through to grab information for you, so you’ll need to keep checking back as I update the post as I progress through the first week of the event. But there’s nothing we’ve not seen before in previous events but it does look like it’s going to be slow going***
***I know some of you can’t seem get out Week 1 due to the Exchanges in the Dispensary escalating in difficulty too fast, I did bring this to TinyCo’s attention***
***Facebook players should finally be able join us but I don’t know how stable the platform is at this time as seeing lot of complaints lately***
And could I just remind everyone I’m just a player like everyone else, I’m not TinyCo support, I can’t fix these issues but I assure you I am highlighting them for you. I know it’s frustrating to be locked out or unable to progress.

4: SOUR CLAM PLOTS

These are where you’ll grow your Sour Clams to use to manufacture Products.
When you start this week of the event you will see another 2 plots ready to unlock.

The plot with the silver padlock is free to unlock, the Plot with the gold plot of premium and will cost you 130 Clams to unlock to use it.
Once you have unlocked a plot you can start to grow Sour Clams. The freemium and premium plots generate the same 5 Sour Clams every 4hrs.
To grow your Sour Clams, simply tap the padlock to unlock the plot. You will see the plot with a water drop above it, simply tap this to water your crop then wait 4 hours for it to grow before collecting your harvest. You’ll know it’s ready when the sickle appears above it, just like the Best Buds last week.
THUGS
![]()
These are the little baddies in this week of the event and are quite simple to deal with, it’s just more of the tap, aim and fire we’ve seen in previous events. Before you can clear them you’ll need to get some Alarms, you’ll get them here:
Alarm (Common) – Get from Cheech Sleep Through Alarm, Jerome Install Security Software, Mellow Yellow Mystery Box, Buy from Store
Once you have Aaron Alarm you will find Thugs wandering around your sidewalks.

Simply tap one of them to bring up the targeting screen.

Then move the Alarm until the green target circle is on a Thug, you’ll know it’s in target as it will turn purple, then simply hit the check mark to clear the Thug. You can only clear 1 at a time.

I am seeing up to a maximum of 8 in my game.
The event rewards for clearing Thugs are as follows:
Per Thug Cleared
1 Gold Chain (Always)
1 Bandera (Chance)
FARMERS ALMANAC WEEK 2
You’ll find a full and more detailed post on this by clicking HERE!!!
Think of this as a “CHECK LIST” of items that will help you gather resources for the Event. There’s also a Clam reward achievement linked to unlocking Farmer Lois within 4 days.
You can get to the current Farmers Almanac Screen by tapping on the Icon in the lower right corner of the game screen.

Once you complete a Special Order you will see CLAIM appear above the icon.

You must be mindful of this and tap on the “CLAIM” button next to an order to gain your reward. As I say be vigilant on collecting rewards in order you trigger the subsequent task.
To go quickly to location of a task you need to complete, tap on the “GO” icon next to it.
Here is the list of what I currently see in my game for this Weeks Farmers Almanac (as you clear one or progress through Main Questline, another will appear)…
Country Girl
Baking To Get Baked
Special Order
High Spirits
Thug Strife
WEEKLY PRIZE: If you complete 30 of the first weeks Farmers Almanac tasks you will unlock the Weekly Prize. This weeks prize is the Lowrider.

This one’s moving along sloooowww…wonder if TinyCo’s, ah, um, ‘partaking’ in the theme and forgot to set the alarms to ‘Common’ as they are few and far in between…although I do hum a little Lowell George (‘Willin’) as I play…

I’ve been getting one alarm per pickup for two characters working at it. If it were common, I would get two sometimes. This makes it slower going than they probably intended.

the alarams are definitely not common .. they uncommon (most of the time i get 0/2 or 1/2) …
the braid jewelry is not un-common … it’s rare or ultra-rare .. got only one from 6 drops so far …

I wouldn’t want to rely on one of these security alarms….

Hi RT, please don’t get stressed and frustrated by numerous comments or complaints that you may receive in the mailbox. Too much negativity gets you down. We all appreciate that you are one tiger doing what you can to help us in the game. Not to mention, you are also maintaining the other blog for Futurama. Rest well.

That is true. I forgot there can be new players or readers who don’t really know enough of the history and thus challenges of maintaining this blog. Hang in there.
