I’m seeing the Week Four content on IOS, app version 1.67.2, and pulling info now and I’ll get the LIVE post up as soon as possible. Until then you can throw caution to the wind as there is NO timed character to unlock.
Yes let me repeat the good news, it’s the final week so obviously there’s no unlock timer on Dylan Flannigan, you simply need to fully unlock him before the event ends.

Does anyone know the total amount of tax dollars required for each of the anti-marijuana elf’s multipliers? I know 4 for the first and 7 for the 2nd. Want to see how many I would have to save in order to get up to the 5th one.

Would be nice to be able to get into the game as there seems to be a major bug that is stopping the game loading

Yes I’m locked out as well. I’ve reported issue to TinyCo. As far as I was made aware they weren’t touching land glitch until after the event

Is it only me, or are there no new achievements for this week? Everything showed, like characters, buildings, Mystery Box ingredients etc, but when I want to check week 4 challenges there are only completed ones from week 3.

Miles away from starting this – still need to unlock Tracy (can unlock her now for 700+ clams… so, er, no thanks!)
I can catch up pretty quick on the Jazz Cigs and Foot Cream but I’ll still be 24 beers short; and with it being an ‘uncommon’ drop from DEA agents means i need at least 68 clipboards because uncommon drops are notoriously rubbish!

I’ve entered Week 4 but noticed that the “Week 4 Farm Almanac” hasn’t showed up at all. All I’ve got so far showing is the farm almanac of weeks 1 to 3, which are fully complete. It doesn’t make sense to have an event of 4 weeks but no checklist for week 4 :S
Is this intentional from Tinyco or has my game screwed up? Is anyone else experiencing the same problem?

Have Tinyco themselves confirmed this? If so, did they give any reasons as to why they decided in not having a week 4 farm almanac this week?

No, but as there is no reference to their being one anywhere including main questline it seems correct there are none, as for why, no idea to be honest.
