Greetings Addicts!
Getting few comments from players disappointed that they received 40 Bank Notes and not 40 Clams for unlocking Rooster Cogburn. I personally didn’t see the clam reward in my game as my Marshall Draw task showed no unlock reward as you can see below. But if you see different please email me a screenshot to futuramaaddictsblog@gmail.com and I’ll get TinyCo to look into things. Also please tell me in the poll below if you saw the clam reward offer or not?

I did notice that the clam reward task dropped a day after I had already “built” the character i.e. clicked the little hammer icon to start collecting his items. It was odd, and I only laughed because that the task timer ended after the event was due to finish. I just unlocked the character and got 65 clams – 40 for “early completion” and 25 for completing the set.

I love how legitimate, non-offensive, non-spoiler, helpful comments are ignored and deleted. This site has gone to utter trash since Bunny stepped down (you are greatly missed by all, 🤗🐇). We need more bunnies in this world and a better substitute/replacement … I have posted a few comments and they NEVER show up and the ‘waiting for moderation’ message disappears 😡
Doubtful this comment will show up either (saddening, but no biggie as I screenshot everything once posted so I know what goes missing and what gets posted).

You’ve had no comments deleted that I can see under this profile, so I’m afraid I don’t know what you’re referring to. But feel free to email me the screenshots and I can Look some more. Bunny unfortunately chose to leave the site, and from what I know she’s not returning so I’m afraid you’re stuck with me. But I assure you Bunny deleted way more comments and moderated much stricter than anyone else. This comment wouldn’t have made it on to the site if Bunny were here.

You clearly don’t speak for us “all.” Personally, I feel that RT is a much more tolerant moderator and has fostered a greater sense of community amongst players, encouraging more player participation in this site than there was previously. IMO anyway.

I bet it depends on if you rushed through checking everything before the game asked you. I always wait a few seconds and tap a few things to make sure there is no more exclamations and then I go snooping around … I’ve rarely (if ever) had these ‘bugs’ everyone talks about, only makes me wonder what they’re doing differently on their devices? 🤔

With this it was a bug TinyCo had to fix, so it wasn’t anything players or their devices did. You maybe didn’t see it as those players reporting it got it fixed before you got that far.

Like RT said, all the bugs had nothing to do with what players did or didn’t do, so to try and make out it is that what is causing it is a bit rich really. But then the second part of your comment doesn’t make sense because despite saying you don’t rush things you still get bugs.

This entire event has had multiple bugs.

Exactly and the majority of the bugs, stopped players totally in their tracks and stopped them progressing any further in the game due to tasks that had to be completed.
Reading this section as well, seems as though not being able to progress any further than week 3, has cost me the chance of getting an extra possible 65 clams for completing a set and completing a character.

I didn’t get the 40 clams either for unlocking rooster
But received 25 clams for collecting the 4 guys .i finished unlock cling him before the 7 days & they ripped me off .

I also unlocked him and also did not receive the 40 bonus, just the 25 indeed. And it was shown that I would receive the bonus if I unlocked it in 6 days.

My game says earn Rooster Cogburn in 6 days for 40 clams. 2 days 10 hours left. Can’t figure out how to attach a screenshot..
