Quahog 500 – End of Event Poll

Hey there readers, welcome to our end of event poll, where today I’m going to be researching the event that just was, Quahog 500. After a long month of going up n circles, it’s all over but for the poll, and that’s where we will find out if this event saw you Race To victiry or did  you crash out and burn?

So if you can please take a minute to complete the end of event poll I’d be very grateful. Please note for those that experience the jump glitch when answering poll questions, there’s a direct link at the bottom of the page that will help you avoid this problem, just keep scrolling to the bottom.

And just incase you can’t see the poll or find it jumps about when you’re trying answer, here’s the direct link:

  1. This event left a bad taste in my mouth. The last section specifically. The first 3 phases went fine, but then phase 4 was just plain stupid. Lois won like 5 races, races that were required to get any amount of trophy trades, and races that prevented the redline race from being done. Too many shared resources, terrible drops. As someone who pretty much religiously checks in every 4 hours, and isnt afraid to speed up tasks with clams, this last phase was a slap in the face to me.

  2. i failed to get Stunt Driver Quagmire bcz of stupid driver Lois
    so i missed out on 75 clams (40 bonus + 35 set)

  3. First time I finished everything in I don’t know how long. I think it was because my game kept crashing when I lost a race. If they didn’t happen, there would have been no chance…

  4. That was a pretty boring event but at least the goals were achievable (just). Oh, I forgot to spend all my track currency on lots more track, but nevermind it wouldn’t ever get used anyway!

  5. The first 3 weeks were all just about achievable – logging in every 4 hours, 5-6 per day every day. In week 4 the drops became horrendous – Lois hardly ever won her race, meaning getting trades for trophies was next to impossible.

This has been a typical pattern for the last few events – I’ve been telling myself its just bad luck, but I’m not prepared to forego sleep just to be able to log in one more time in a day, just to unlock a skin, or another boring character that will be sitting in Tan Lines in a month’s time.

It is just not fun for me anymore, so I’ve finally deleted the app.

Thanks RT (and previously Bunny) for all the information you’ve put together over the years I’ve been playing this game. Without it, I’d have been even further behind in every event! I hope you still get the enjoyment out of the game that I personally have lost.

  6. I thought this event was going to be good but it wasn’t. The timer on Ricky Bobby ended and instead of being able to carry on and unlock him minus clams he disappeared. After that there were only skins to unlock for freemium players. The track didn’t work properly as it was impossible to make a pit lane without a two square gap in the main track. It was the most disappointing event so far tinyco.

  7. Did not like this event because Ricky Bobby disappeared when I was one item away from earning him. Why are we back to timed characters? Everything else was just another useless outfit that will never be used again.

  8. Events don’t drop items as frequently as they should when the quantity needed to unlock then is almost unattainable

  10. By the time I stopped bothering with this event I was still 500 clams away from unlocking Flag Girl Lois, and I left over 200 moneybags unspent because I didn’t care about any of the decos. What is it those UK gambling ads say? “When the fun stops, STOP.”

  11. The last week was so ridiculous that it completely ruined the fun first part of the event. This was the first time since I started playing this game that I just gave up and quit before an event ended. One more like this and I’ll just delete the game and all other TinyCo apps and move on to something that is less frustrating.

  12. This event must have been a nightmare for players who are not good racers
