Not doing the 1 min Peter nor the 1 min handshake has worked for me. Pretty good job so far.

Have you got the Mods on Mopeds? I’m getting 2 Hippies every 2 hours or so.

What I think may have happened is this. I got the pop-up ad for the 60s mystery box and clicked it to see what the prizes were. This brought me into the 60s area before I had officially unlocked it. I think this trapped Peter in that area that I could not get into again. But the next time I got that pop-up ad I clicked it again which brought me into the 60s area where the character with the exclamation point was waiting. I then was able to continue with the event .

I’ve got the same, on iPad Pro, plus Peter had gone AWOL. Finished week 1 at lunchtime today U.K time and can’t progress any further, came on here to see if anyone had the same issue before contacting TInyCo

Try putting Peter on his quick 1 min task, see if that triggers it.

Peter has gone AWOL, I can’t find him anywhere even using Facespace find me button. Im hoping that I stupidly put him on a one day task last night tapping too quickly, but he’s not seeming to be in any of my buildings. Have contacted TC so just waiting and hoping, just when I thought I was doing well with this event, oh well 😔

Forget that, have just seen Jason’s post and done the Jerome task and he’s reappeared, well chuffed, just annoyed that I’ve lost 24hrs

Yeah I believe that’s why Week 2 isn’t triggering, look at post I’ve just put up with Jason suggestion in it as possible solution.

I completed the The Good Ol’ Days part 7 but never got a new quest started. I can’t access the 60s location, it’s still locked, but the 50s is finished and now I have no main quest line at all. Anyone else? This is on an Amazon device…

I had that problem initially – couldn’t get week 2 started in any usual way. However, when I returned to the game several hours later it launched into week 2 straight away.

I had the exact problem and I’m on Android. There was an update a while ago but didn’t immediately fix the problem. I noticed that I couldn’t find Peter anywhere too… I just got it to work by ‘activating’ Peter using Jerome’s ethnic handshake task. Finally starting Week 2. Hope this can work for you too 🙂
