Theres an update in the Apple App Store and Google Playstore, App Version 1.86.2. If you’re locked out or being affected by any of the current issues you may want to update and see if that fixes the issue for you. Let me know in the comments if you have any further issues.

Absolutely no help at all. I’m experiencing the double characters because there is a tan lines placed over the original tan lines. I’m guessing some sick joke from a former employee. I don’t think there’s anyone left at tinyco that understands the game code so until they rebuild a game code from scratch I think everyone is *******. I have also noticed some of my buildings are duplicated and my unlocked character Muriel went MIA when I tried to send her to investigate the long dining tables. She will not come back there is no timer in short this game is completely dead. I don’t see how the addicts are posting new information when nobody can progress at all.

I’m still posting information because I don’t have the issue you have, different players are getting deleted fervent glitches. So not every player is locked out but we are trying to keep on at TinyCo to get your issue fixed.

I’m running version 1.86.2 on an Android. This morning while watching videos to get my free clams for the day my game crashed. When I reloaded the game I had 2 of every building and all my characters had been released from Tan Lines. My game crashes if I try to contact Help & Support. Does this mean I’m done with Family Guy until they release a new version?

Using iOS on both iPhone & iPad. Had an update on phone 22 hours ago & iPad updated today, but nothing new except the event task icon (the magnifying glass) is now gone. It’s just my Daily Quest for Stuff task icon.

Yes they sometimes complete the Part 7 quest task then don’t release the Week 2 content for few more hours, daft but it’s how they’ve been doing it lately.

After updating, still crashes when trying to put characters in Tan Lines.

Well, as of the time I am typing this, the update is not yet in the Amazon Appstore. I hope this isn’t the start of a return to the time when Amazon Fire users had to wait at least a day or two to get an update.
