Yup you asked for a readers page where you could share event tips & tricks and I’ve only gone and called your bluff and created one. So here’s where you can lay all your event progress on the table for your fellow addicts to see.
And it’s also where you can share any strategies or advice, hey you can even share your woes about Gold Suit Brian. So c’mon Addicts let’s do this together.

It’s fun to get to break so many old characters out of tan lines! Though i’m kinda glad it’s only a week bc there are SO MANY HATS every 4 hours!

A bonus to the Mystery Box… to move on in the quest I went ahead and dropped the 50 Hats and got Queen of Hearts Stewie!! PLUS … it completed a Facespace group and I got 35 clams!!! Woo Hoo!!! Developers inadvertently allowed me to enjoy the game for a few minutes!!!

FWIW, the only thing I have in my mystery box is a 50 clam prize. I guess I already had all the characters & costumes.

Well, I think JC/TC shot themselves in the foot this time. I was willing to spend clams on Gold Suit Stewie, hoping that would allow me to complete the Gold Suit set, but then they put Gold Suit Brian into that stupid Stamp Card thing: No way I am spending Clams AND real dollars… 😐

Careful when furiously assigning tasks, Stewie’s Task for the event is NOT the first in the list, you may end up sending him for more keys to TanLines… grrrr… you know, not that I haven’t done that TWICE now…

Hard ta believe I’ve been playing this game for 5 years! Came from The Simpson’s game when this one launched and I still display my 1 Year Anniversary cake. So…I’ll be looking here for anyone who has some tips on those Tiers. I may buy some Clams for the first time in years. Thx!

I’ve taken the Tier $ amounts out of the overview post in order not to add to the confusion as amounts could vary in games. Sorry I can’t give concrete information.

Thanks! Yeah, I wrote that comment before you put up your (always excellent) post, so if I decide to spend some real money on the discounted Clams, I’ll just have ta see how that affects the amounts. I’m probably not buying Stewie, so…I don’t “need” Brian. THANKS!

Woes about GS Brian? I’ve got woes about GS Stewie. Can’t get GS Lois without GS Stewie but you have to buy him. Not even a decent price. What do you get for a 5th anniversary… Greed?

Loving this event. Finally, they have included so many characters in tasks. So IF you’ve been playing the past few years….you finally get the benefit of all of the characters you’ve worked so hard for.
I bought Gold Stewie, cause…..well…it’s Stewie!!! He’s seems very helpful in collecting various items and I’m speculating I’ll get Gold Lois and Gold Peter.
The only thing, I’m not happy about is the Stamp Card system and that Gold Brian is in that. Little confusing…..So there are 5 $4 stamps. Does that mean I have to spend $20 to open Tier 1?? Then how much is Tier 2? And Tier 3?
Would love a sneak peek, before I start spending an unknown amount of real dollars. RT, a little help…. :)*
