What’s up with Jam CIty? I emailed them because I can’t do anything about the Ox to Grind quest even though the tasks are checked. Since my Brain Damaged Horse/Ox is in Tan Lines, it has an exclamation mark and I can’t put any maxed guys in there.
In my original email I included my player ID and two screen shots. I got a reply with a link for more info, player ID being one, so I did that. The next email i got was requesting my player ID…which I provided again. The latest email was requesting a screen shot. Really? Do they not read the emails in its entirety? I get they’re busy that’s why I put all that stuff in the original one.
I have so many maxed characters out and can’t collect from the building.

if Kindle Fire tablet users don’t get the update soon, none of us will be able to do anything else in the event. I’ve been locked out for a few days now because the game tells me there’s an update, but the Amazon Appstore doesn’t have it available.

Few Amazon players having the same issue – have you messaged TinyCo? Usually I’d advise installing and reinstalling to try get round this, if you’ve saved your game, but with so many login issues etc I’m not sure if that’s an option.

My game is stuck in UPDATE mode for the last 24 hours!
The login screen requires an update but mine is available in Amazon
I keep checking and nothing is thete.
Too bad, I was already in week two of this event!. 😟

Haven’t been able to get in. I was doing quite well for a change on this event, up until this forced “upgrade” loop.
Kinda losing my passion for the game when these Amazon Kindle issues keep happening. Too many events either don’t start until a week or more later, or I get locked out mid event. Getting tired of it.
Sometimes doing a reinstall works, other times not. May have in this case, but MEH!
I’m too far behind now and way to frustrated. 😢

It’s really frustrating, basically kills progress as there’s no catch up time in this game.

I’m so damn far behind this week as I keep getting one-hit by the Zombies and have to wait 7 hours between tries. So it can take 14 hours just to defeat 1 zombie *sigh*. I still need 6 Whiskey before I can even unlock Quagmire, and even with 1 zombie at half health it’ll still take anywhere from 21 to 35 hours to get there!! I’m also stuck on Part 6 as I spent my “Fake Friends” trying to keep up with the building unlocks and still need 8 to get to Part 7. Of course I only JUST noticed Herbert has a task to get FF’s as well uggggggghhhhhhhh

I have unlocked the first 3 buildings but the 4th Prosthetics Trailer which drops items to get Actor Quagmire is still locked. I have written to TinyCo but have not had a response as yet

Anybody else unable to watch videos for free clams? Offers and surveys work (but I don’t bother with those) but when I tap on watch videos, the little TV just rocks back and forth forever..

Yup. That happens to me quite often. I usually have to switch emulators to get it working. Often it’s permanently broken in my main emulator and I have to keep switching to the secondary emulator each day (or whenever I can be bothered) to collect my free clams. I can’t use the secondary all the time as it’s BlueStacks, which regularly corrupts my game so I have to reinstall it a few times per month. My main has been broken for 2 days or so, so I just opened it in BS and was able to get another clam before it stopped working again…. usually I can exhaust the daily allocation, but I guess something is screwed with it again

Yes. Been like that whole week, extremely annoying. I’ve done all the usual tricks; force closing, clearing cache… nothing works.

I haven’t been able to watch videos on my game ever since the spin wheel showed up. No small TV, ever!
Anyone else using a Kindle have that issue?

My Brian Cranston character is continuing to level up past the “Max” level.
He’s currently up to level 18!
