I have Sheila, but now I need 6 more drops to defeat Peter’s Double. This has been particularly obnoxious to get. They need to add more video editor drops somehow. Like a special gift or prize or drop 2 at a time.

Yes I did, I have actor Brian and quagmire and defeated the stand in Meg. Peter keeps walking around in my town with a quest mark above his head but when I tap it I get an offer for buying clams (it even says Christmas offer!?) and after that… Nothing… No new phase to start 😦

There’s been a glitch causing issues like this – will it let you put Peter on a task if you use Jeromes joint task? Sometimes this gets you round this. If not message TinyCo.

How in the world do I trade scripts for the buildings? I have over a thousand scripts and everything is locked and I can’t unlock anything

If you’re in Week 2, you also need Professional Hats as well as Scripts to buy the buildings. If you’re in Week 1 still then you’re probably caught in the unlock glitch, you need contact TinyCo.

Well the same old bottleneck is alive! Need video editors to fight drunks and they are a horrible drop rate. Sending 3 characters at a time for 8 hours and only getting one drop will really slow the game down. Especially when it takes Brian 2 attempts to defeat him! At 3 ves for each try, it will be a while to get past part 3.

It’s really frustrating that they do this and actually puts me off playing the event.

Agreed. The drop rate and 8 hour times for the video editors is horrible. You need to basically not have a life and log in every 8 hours like clockwork to even have a chance for getting Shelia by Wednesday afternoon, and even at that, it’s probably only a 50-50 chance at best. This game is getting less and less fun for me.

Yes, awful dynamic, 16 hours of tasks for half a fight is no fun at all.
I only need Fan Mail for Sheila now but still 3 of them to go, so perhaps half a week away from unlocking her. Ugghh… painful game!

This. I’ve gone 2 days without getting a single laptop, and we need 18 of them to progress. Looks like its the end of the event for me.
