As many of you will unfortunately be aware the latest version of the game, 1.90.1, is causing crashing issues in both Android & IOS. This isn’t universal but seems to be hitting some devices and not others. However TinyCo have asked that any players affected please create a ticket if you can get in your game long enough, if you can’t please email support with the following information:
PlayerId – if you don’t have this on hand you’ll find info on where to find this HERE.
Ensure to mention your game started crashing after update 1.90.1

I had the same issues on my iPad and iPhone XR – multiple crashes. Reported it and am still waiting for a response. Last week the game started playing normally on my iphone, but today after reloading the game after the last quest it crashed the phone and it took multiple force restarts to get it working again. Reported the issue again to Tiny and will let you know what their response is. Oh well I could do with a break from the game lol

I sent an email to jamcity support and the response was that the app doesn’t work on ipads with 2GB of memory. So I took a screen shot showing that it actually has 128 GB and plenty of memory available. What a ridiculous response from support.

I think they probably meant Ram, and from testing my devices I’d think they mean apple devices with less than 2gb ram rather than internal device memory. But that’s just my guess at what they mean.

In my case the game logs in bu after a while crashes.Then I have to reload and send characters into quests again. When I have time to do all over again and again it take 3 or 4 times doing that!
What do you mean with create a ticket?

I’m not crashing, but I have multiple old scenes showing up over and over for 3 characters and an old lazerus portal quest that will not leave. Now my contact TinyCo isn’t happy either and I’m stuck after getting the Flags R US store.

The old quest showing up is an ongoing issues, many of us having this. You can contact TinyCo via the email in this post if your stuck.

The game stopped working on android for me a week or two ago; gave up after 2 complete reinstalls Only playing on iOS now.

On Android, when you reinstall you’ve got clear the cache first or the problem can continue, may help you to try.

I am having the same problem on my devices. I wrote them an email, but no help. Will be hard this way to complete anything.

I wrote them on Friday, but I am still not able to start the game, it crashes before the loading screen. I did get an automated reply, but nothing more. It is too bad, since I just have to stop this event now, won’t be able to collect anything in time.
