ANNOUNCEMENTS & INFORMATION
The issue where you need buildings to complete questlines of characters bought through Quahog Historical Society is being looked at. But there’s no quick fix as yet. You can either leave the Questline until the buildings are put in the store or contact game support if you don’t want to wait.

EVENT ANNOUNCEMENTS & INFORMATION
***Please note events now end at 10AM PST ***
*** I think the Scrap Metal and Bear Traps are an oops this week***
EVENT GLITCHES & ISSUES
Questline dialogue is still missing or repeated from previous events.
Event buildings are sometimes locked for random players, only TinyCo can fix this so let them know through your game support.
Some random info boxes missing and wrong titles on things, none affecting gameplay.
Characters disappear during investigations, only TinyCo can fix this so let them know through your game support.
OTHER GLITCHES & ISSUES
Game crashing on older devices, and those with older/outdated software continues, it may be they can no longer handle the game. What I can tell you is if your device runs on 2gb of ram you may struggle with crashing, if it has less than 2gb ram it probably won’t run at all.
HOW TO CONTACT GAME SUPPORT

There’s 2 ways to do this, The first and best way is through your game main menu, select Help & Support and then tap ‘Contact Us’.
However if this isn’t possible, then you can contact support via email. The email address to use is – support@jamcity.com

You can be crafting up to 6 items in the Products Queue at a time. If the queue is full you will have to wait until one finishes before adding more into the Queue.

Fake santas

These are the little baddies this week of the event and are quite simple to deal with, just more of the tap, aim and fire we’ve seen in previous events.
After you find these during an investigation you will find the Fake Santas wander towards your sidewalks. You can find them by looking or using the Squatter Button. As a reminder you can find these by investigating Mr & Mrs Mistletoes Swingers Club and Rudy’s Red Nose Speakeasy.
Before you can clear them you’ll need to get a Chimney, you’ll get them here. Once you have this head to your sidewalks and simply tap one of them to bring up the targeting screen. Then move the chimney until the green target circle is on one, then simply hit the check mark to clear it.
The event rewards for clearing these is as follows:
Per Fake Santa Cleared:
1 Magic Snowflake (Common)
1 Sock (Always)
MagIc gnome

Here is another new battle, it’s similar to what we’ve seen in previous boss battles in events.
Basically you need to find the Magic Gnome during an investigation in either of the following areas, The Swole Pole Strip Club, Mr. and Mrs. Mistletoe Swingers Club and/or Rudy’s Red-Nosed Speakeasy. Once you find him you need to repair him to fight him.
If you find him he will appear over in the event area. Above him will be a timer and a heart meter.
Now the heart meter level has been different each time I have found him but this might vary in your game. To defeat the Magic Gnome you need to get his heart meter to 0.
Now you’ve 24 hours to fully deplete his heart meter, and you do so by attacking him with Gumby Peter and/or Woody and/or Christmas Tree Joe.
Gumby Peter’ s FIGHT THE MAGIC GNOME task has a damage score of 2, so that’s what HE will reduce it’s heart meter by. It takes 4 hours to complete the task and do the damage.
Woody’s FIGHT THE MAGIC GNOME task has a damage score of 3, so that’s what he will reduce it’s heart meter by. It takes 4 hours to complete the task and do the damage.
Christmas Tree Joe’s ‘s FIGHT THE MAGIC GNOME task has a damage score of 6, so that’s what he will reduce it’s heart meter by. It takes 3 hours to complete the task and do the damage.
Now once you get the Magic Gnome’s heart meter to zero he will vanish, you will get your rewards and then start exploring areas to find him to attack again. He will be a very good source of Snowflakes.
The rewards levels I’ve seen are as follows:
Heart Meter 2 – 15 Snowflakes & 1 Whiskey
Heart Meter 4 – 30 Snowflakes & 2 Whiskey
Heart Meter 6 – 50 Snowflakes & 3 Whiskey
Heart Meter 8 – 60 Snowflakes & 5 Whiskey
***Remember as I said there may be other Heart Meter Levels, but until I see them in my game I can’t give any info on payouts***
Snowmen

These are the little baddies from last week and you still need find and clear them this week. they are simple to clear just a simple tap and they are gone.
After you find these during an investigation you will find the Snowmen wander towards your sidewalks. You can find them by looking or using the Squatter Button. As a reminder you can find these by investigating the Swole Pole Strip Club, Mr & Mrs Mistletoes Swingers Club and Rudy’s Red Nose Speakeasy.
Simply tap one of them and it’s gone.
The event rewards for clearing Snowmen is as follows:
Per Snowman Cleared
15 Snowflakes (Always)
1 Present (Always)
There you have the overall basics to get you started through this week of the new event. Where are you so far? Anything particular you like the most? Suggestions or tips to fellow players? Let us know.

I have stewie. Have been unlocking the christmas one. Had everything for him except the lipstick. Most uptodate game they have available. Logged in today first time half of my stuff for stewie was gone. Logged in four hours later and everything i have collected for stewie is gone. I have contacted support but it takes 48hrs so was wondering if anyone else has had this issue. Thanks

The inflatable Christmas gingerbread man shows that it drops socks before you unlock it from the jubilant Christmas tree, but after it’s placed it shows yellow snow balls. I just placed it. Any idea what it will drop? And do we really need more yellow balls?

Has anyone else noticed that materials for Stewie are being converted into trophies and disappearing? It’s making collecting his parts difficult.

So I was just about to unlock Christmas Gnome Stewie but it reset all the items and cashed them for coins for the historical society. It does that now anytime I hit the right amount of items for Stewie. Anyone else see this ??

Finished yesterday. No money spent. I did use clams that I spent money on but that doesn’t count. Easy week!

One the lucky ones, those still working on Gnome Stewie have saw all the items they collected towards him disappear – lucky escape

Sorry; have to disagree with you. 😊 Using Calms you EARN doesn’t count as spending money, buy using Clams you BOUGHT does! 😛

I reckon he meant didn’t spend money on… Tristan?

Something really weird is going on with my Gnome Stewie… when I visit Ollieland I get a bunch of medals awarded to me and all of the items I collected for Stewie are wiped out. e.g. I no longer have any yellow snowballs, or whiskey, and the magic sprinkles is down to 7 when I had already cleared it. The whiskey is probably the most annoying to regather.
I just did another test, after clearing Fake Santa’s I had 8/8 Magic Sprinkles… I went to Ollieland and was awarded 400 + 200 medals, then when I came back I have 3/8 Magic Sprinkles meaning I have to collect another 5! Ugh…

I think Gnome Stewie was the quickest I ever earned a character/skin. But I didn’t receive a trophy and many other players have said the same thing.

I just unlocked Christmas Gnome Stewie, but did not earn 1 Quahog Historical Society Trophy for fully unlocking him. Has anyone gotten a trophy when they unlocked him? I wanted to check before contacting support.

I have a question. I don’t have Stewie as a character yet. So I firstly need to get him. Now I do see the stuff I need to collect for his costume. Can I already collect stuff (scarf, whiskey etc) or can I only collect when I actually have Stewie? Thanks for the answer already!
LikeLike
I’ve spoke to game support about this and they’ve told me you can’t continue with the event if you don’t have Stewie. Sorry to be saying this for the Christmas event
LikeLike
Ah, that wasn’t the answer I was hoping for. Too bad that I can’t continue the quest at some point. I was doing pretty well. A bit of a disappointment that the makers didn’t think of this for the newer players. I was almost at a point to unlock Stewie, but it takes too much time to unlock him in time for this event. Thanks anyways for the quick answer! I appreciate this.
