Just like everyone else, I keep losing the items collected for Christmas Gnome Stewie, apparently being “rewarded” with QHS medals instead. I already have most of the characters and skins in QHS though, so I don’t really need more medals, apart from the ones I’d get normally without this stupid bug…
Oh well, it’s certainly not the first Christmas disaster happening in this game

I haven’t unlock Gnome Stewie yet FYI, so I actually logged in today (Saturday) to find the game had a notification that I received 800 trophies and another notification that I received 600 trophies. When I looked at my progress on Gnome Stewie he was missing items I had already earned (whiskey, yellow snowballs, and magic sprinkles). I emailed support since I have been unable to send a message successfully through the app for a few months now. Thought I’d share in case anybody goes through the same.

I keeps losing items to complete gnome stewie and getting stars medals. Anyone know why? As soon as I am almost ready to build him poof, I have to regather the items again!

Well not sure if ayone has this glitch. I had not finished unlocking gnome stewie and i visited friends towns. I got a message rewarding me trophies for all 3 towns i went to. Upon going back to my town all the items ive collected for gnome stewie reset to 0.
I messaged tinyco but as this is weekend b4 christmas i doubt anyone is working. Just wondering if anyone else on here has that Major bug/glitch?

Woke up this morning and all of my items I had to unlock gnome Stewie have reset to 0!!! I had everything except the lipstick and now it’s all gone

Well they screwed something up with this because I was randomly awarded medals yesterday and now I see they reset all progress I had made on unlocking Stewie. I had been finished with everything but lipstick. Now I need everything again.

Doh!!! It did it again. I forgot myself and went to ollieland and got more medals and reset from needing only a couple whiskeys to now needing lipsticks, snowballs and sprinkles and whiskeys again.

Ok this is very strange— I almost had Christmas gnome Stewie (just waiting for the lipsticks to drop). I went to collect from ollie‘s Town and there were a bunch of pop ups giving me medals. I went back twice immediately and it gave me more, maybe like 400 each time. Great! Spent the medals, maybe 1200-1500 total. Checked again to see how many lipsticks I needed and all of the stuff I’d already gotten for Stewie was gone (or half gone in some cases) anyone else??

Odd occurrence in my game last night… I had already collected all the Sprinkles, Yellow Snowballs and Whiskey needed for Christmas Gnome Stewie. The next time I checked Al Harrington’s – all of those items had disappeared and reset to zero. I hard closed the game and reopen it to see if that would restore them. As the game was starting up, I got a popup that said here are your coins. It gave me 1300 QHS coins (or something like that). The items for CGS were still missing. On the up-side, I believe there is still enough time left, in week 2, to collect those items again. Maybe this has something to do with them trying to fix (or compensate for) the missing trophy (for CGS) issue.

After reading the other comments, I realize that it was probably visiting friends that triggered this glitch. As it was right after visiting that my items reset to zero. So maybe no more visiting for the time being?

This might be a new problem, I’m working on unlocking gnome Stewie, I had collected everything except 4 of the lipstick. Just checked to see how many more I needed, and now the snowballs and whiskey I had collected are gone. Tried to message them, message will not send.

It might be more than not getting the trophy for unlocking Christmas Gnome Stewie. Don’t know if anyone else is experiencing this, but all the items I’ve collected so far for CG Stewie are now showing zero except the Red Scarves, which I now have a huge oversupply of. It appears that the combined count of all items I’ve collected have been transferred to the Red Scarves. So now I have to start over! I was just waiting on getting the last Lipsticks before this happens!
Another weird thing that happened was I was awarded 1000 Medals when I when to Ollieland. Perhaps that was compensation for collecting all those items for Christmas Gnome Stewie? Anyway, this Quahog Christmas is turning out to be a humbug!

I don’t know anything about the trophy, because I had everything earned for him and I went to unlock him and suddenly it told me that I needed to earn more of items I’d earned already. Fun times.

So interestingly enough, I only needed lipstick to unlock the Stewie character. When I logged in I was awarded 400 and 800 medals, and now have to get almost all the items again. What the deuce!

I was very close to getting the gnome. I only had a few lipsticks left. I just opened the game and got awarded a bunch of medals. They exchanged out most of my items for the medals.

THAT and i had all the magic sprinkles, yellow snowballs, whiskey, and festive scarfs collected up for gnome Stewie but when i got into the game today for the first time a little bit ago, THOSE things all disappeared and im extremely furious over it because that takes work and play obviously Lol i sent a ticket in too so we’ll see!

I think this must be related. I haven’t unlocked Gnome Stewie yet, but had all of the Whisky. When I loaded the game a few hours ago, I received a notice like “Here are your medals.” Then, I noticed that all of my Whiskey was gone, so I’ll have to earn them all again. So, an unintended glitch to the fix, I think.

I received what I assume was to be the fix for gnome Stewie. I checked in Ollieworld and was awarded a bunch of coins. Thought it was a Christmas gift.. Then I realized when I checked my progress in Al Harringtons that most of my items were removed and I’m almost starting over again to collect him.. Other than the 29 bandanas I have accrued. I think something went wrong in their fix..

I hadn’t completed Elf Stewie, but I had 4 of the 5 items. I just logged in and was rewarded with about 800 medals, but them several items I had collected(But not all) were now gone from Stewie’s tally. Weird.

Have you heard of a glitch in the game regarding the Stamp Cards? The last line in the FAQ for Christmas Crawl says “What is the Stamp Card Reward for the QuahogChristmas Crawl Event” The response lists the details and usual rewards. However the Stamp Card does not show in my game. I’m getting ready to buy clams but want to wait if Stamp Club is supposed to be active and I can get extra for completing a Tier. I sent email to TinyCo yesterday but no response yet.
