Also, I have been working with Kevin at tech support with Historical Society issues as well as having a car stuck in the water next to Tan Lines for over a year and was wondering why they kept closing my tickets. After the 4th attempt, I received a message that they won’t help me because they accused me of cheating. I couldn’t believe it. Don’t they see everything we do in the game and know that I am not cheating?

If support are saying you’ve an altered game, you really need to chat with them, they can look into your game and see what’s going on, unfortunately there’s nothing I can do as I can’t check your game. Altered games caused quite a few issues in the past hence support do look out for this when any help is asked for.

Unfortunately they keep closing my tickets without explanation. I keep asking to speak to a manager but they keep closing tickets. I know there is an email but is there a customer service number I can call? I keep telling them that I am not cheating and to show me how. I have spent tons of money with them.

I’m not aware of a customer service number to speak to them, you can email them your receipts from clam buys etc, my advice is if you’ve not always played fair send them your receipts showing you purchased the Clams to buy what you have etc, and tell them how often you play etc. If you have had your game altered in any way, and I’m not saying you have, but remember this can be anything from your game originally being downloaded from a source that’s wasn’t from an official app store, it’s not always about having items or Clams put in your game, but IF you have done any of these, fall on your sword, apologise and see where that takes you. But as I say my advise is if you’re an honest player show them receipts, explain your playing pattern etc, that’s the only way to try resolve it. And emailing is probably best.

Anyone else having this issue?
I just noticed is that the items required for Gnome Stewie keeps resetting back to 0. Foe example, I was able to get 8 lipsticks and then when I just checked, it is showing I have 0 lipsticks. I can’t progress through the game.

Man, I just got the last 2 lipsticks I needed for gnome stewie but when I went to claim him it now shows me having zero yellow snowballs and zero whiskey. I have had those items filled for days. Anybody else having this issue? Thanks

Ouch! i just checked where I was at with unlocking Gnome Stewie, just needed lipsticks and the game removed a bunch of stuff I already had completed. WTD? Anybody else have this issue?

This one was nice and easy. I finished Part 7 of Week 2 on Thursday — 36 hours after release — without spending a penny. I didn’t get a trophy either, but my friend just unlocked Gnome Stewie today and got the trophy, so maybe they just fixed it, but prospectively only?
