ANNOUNCEMENTS & INFORMATION
The issue where you need buildings to complete questlines of characters bought through Quahog Historical Society is being looked at. But there’s no quick fix as yet. You can either leave the Questline until the buildings are put in the store or contact game support after the holidays if you don’t want to wait.
QHS Go For Gold medal task is now at the top of character profiles.
You must place the Quahog Histirucal Museum to continue to use the Go For Gold task.
GAME NOTICEABLE CHANGES
It’s snowing!!!
EVENT ANNOUNCEMENTS & INFORMATION
***Please note events now end at 10AM PST ***
EVENT GLITCHES & ISSUES
Questline dialogue is still missing or repeated from previous events.
Event buildings are sometimes locked for random players, only TinyCo can fix this so let them know through your game support.
Some random info boxes missing and wrong titles on things, none affecting gameplay.
Characters disappear during investigations, only TinyCo can fix this so let them know through your game support.
OTHER GLITCHES & ISSUES
Game crashing on older devices, and those with older/outdated software continues, it may be they can no longer handle the game. What I can tell you is if your device runs on 2gb of ram you may struggle with crashing, if it has less than 2gb ram it probably won’t run at all.
HOW TO CONTACT GAME SUPPORT
There’s 2 ways to do this, The first and best way is through your game main menu, select Help & Support and then tap ‘Contact Us’.
However if this isn’t possible, then you can contact support via email. The email address to use is – support@jamcity.com

This will be you’ll create items, it’s essentially a “Crafting” area where you will combine materials to make the Chimneys you need to clear the Fake Santa’s. I think the Scrap Metal and Bear Traps are an oops this week.
To Craft Chimneys
Needed to craft: 1 Brick
Time to Craft: 1hr
To Craft Bear Traps
Needed to craft: 1 Scrap Metal
Time to Craft: 2hrs
You can be crafting up to 6 items in the Products Queue at a time. If the queue is full you will have to wait until one finishes before adding more into the Queue.
Basically just like previous events all you need to do is collect the necessary materials and then select the item you want to craft. Once you start crafting you’ll see items preparing in the section on the right. The clam cost to speed them up is also shown there.
InvestigatiONS
This is where you will complete investigations in order to drop items.
To explore you will need to collect Sacks of Jewels.
Sacks of Jewels (Uncommon) – Get from Mort Sell Warm Jackets, Meg Make A Christmas List, Chris Shovel Snow, Bonnie Bake Christmas Goodues, Chris’ Yellow Snowcone Stand

Reindeers
These are the little baddies this week of the event and are quite simple to deal with, just more of the tap, aim and fire we’ve seen in previous events.
After you find these during an investigation you will find the Reindeers wander towards your sidewalks. You can find them by looking or using the Squatter Button. As a reminder you can find these by investigating Swole Pole Strip Club, Mr & Mrs Mistletoes Swingers Club and Rudy’s Red Nose Speakeasy.
Before you can clear them you’ll need to get a Bear Trap, you’ll get them here. Once you have this head to your sidewalks and simply tap one of them to bring up the targeting screen. Then move the Bear Trap until the green target circle is on one, then simply hit the check mark to clear it.
The event rewards for clearing these is as follows:
Per Reindeer Cleared:
1 Lollipop (Common)
1 Spare Change (Always)
Poor kid
Here is another new battle, it’s similar to what we’ve seen in previous boss battles in events.
Basically you need to find the Poor Kid during an investigation in either of the following areas, Mr. and Mrs. Mistletoe Swingers Club and/or Rudy’s Red-Nosed Speakeasy. Once you find him you need to repair him to fight him.
If you find him he will appear over in the top right of the event area. Above him will be a timer and a heart meter.
Now the heart meter level has been different each time I have found him but this might vary in your game. To defeat the Poor Kid you need to get his heart meter to 0.
Now you’ve 24 hours to fully deplete his heart meter, and you do so by attacking him with Woody and/or Chrustmas Gnome Stewie and/or Christmas Tree Joe and/or Evil Santa and/or Gingerbread Brian.
Evil Santa’s BULLY THE POOR KID task has a damage score of 3, so that’s what HE will reduce it’s heart meter by. It takes 4 hours to complete the task and do the damage.
Woody’s BULLY THE POOR KID task has a damage score of 2, so that’s what he will reduce it’s heart meter by. It takes 4 hours to complete the task and do the damage.
Christmas Tree Joe’s ‘s BULLY THE POOR KID task has a damage score of 3, so that’s what he will reduce it’s heart meter by. It takes 2 hours to complete the task and do the damage.
Christmas Gnome Stewie ‘s BULLY THE POOR KID task has a damage score of 2, so that’s what he will reduce it’s heart meter by. It takes 4 hours to complete the task and do the damage
Gingerbread Brian ‘s BULLY THE POOR KID task has a damage score of 1, so that’s what he will reduce it’s heart meter by. It takes 4 hours to complete the task and do the damage
Now once you get the Magic Gnome’s heart meter to zero he will vanish, you will get your rewards and then start exploring areas to find him to attack again. He will be a very good source of Snowflakes.
The rewards levels I’ve seen are as follows:
Heart Meter 2 – 15 Snowflakes & 1 Reindeer Horn
Heart Meter 3 – 25 Snowflakes & 2 Reindeer Horns
Heart Meter 6 – 35 Snowflakes & 2 Reindeer Horns
Heart Meter 8 – 50 Snowflakes & 3 Reindeer Horns
***Remember as I said there may be other Heart Meter Levels, but until I see them in my game I can’t give any info on payouts***
There you have the overall basics to get you started through this week of the new event. Where are you so far? Anything particular you like the most? Suggestions or tips to fellow players? Let us know.

Inflatable Gingerbread Man stopped dropping socks for me as soon as I got Christmas Gnome Stewie last week, so I didn’t get any socks stored up. No socks this week either, other than from clearing Santas. When pressing the sock icon on the buildings to buy at the tree, it doesn’t show the Gingerbread man as a source anymore. Just clearing Santa, Christmas Mystery Box, and Stocking statue
