Message from support regarding the Unknown Character Error!!!

Hi fellow addicts

We players know app Version 2.2.1 broke the game, but so do game support and they want everyone to know they are working on a fix.

    Will we get extra time to complete Phase 2 and subsequently Phase 3?

    I have been able to circumvent, albeit temporarily, the crash by deleting and reinstalling the game. I’ve done this on 4 occasions and each time after a crash, I have been able to get back into the game for varying lengths of time. I would only recommend trying this if you have your game backed up on Facebook.
