After playing the first day, it looks like Quagmire will be the one to get first. He has an action to drop olives, and that looks like it’s going to be the limiting drop this week.

To be honest, it will depend how the drops go. In these types of events where a common item (e.g. pizza slices) is used for two characters and buildings, I unlock the building that have drops first to get them started. Then I’ll go back for the characters. I don’t think getting all the pizza slices will be a problem. For the olives, I’ll build them up and see which character gets closer to completion first, and then use them on that character.

Based on item requirements, it looks like they want us to unlock quagmire first. That said, I am eagerly awaiting your post of the main quest line, as that will clearly show which one we need to have unlocked first.
