Haven’t dropped for me either and I placed the fountain on Sunday afternoon.

The beer jugs required to unlock this skin sure don’t want to drop for me. I have everything done, just waiting for this rare drop. It’s been almost 3 days of checking every 4 hours… nothing! Fortunately, I’m just killing time anyway until the next week, so hopefully it will drop before Wednesday morning.
