Just wanted to put up a post about a growing issue that seems to be mainly impacting IOS players.

Ok, what’s happening, well it would appear the game is playing up and crashing on IOS devices, mainly IPhones, and especially the IPhone 6. I don’t know if this is just an update glitch or the game becoming unstable on the older IPhone 6, I’m hoping it’s the former and a fix can bring you all back to the game.

Please reach out to support about this, either via the website or email. I’ve made them aware of it as well.

Getting notifications from players that Android devices are also experiencing issues. Jam City are looking into all of this, they are also following this post so please keep posting your d vice & glitch details.

Just wanted to put up a post about a returning glitch that affects battling Bumblee Bees & Shadow Herbert.

Ok, what’s glitching, well you’ll start a battle and your game will crash and you’ll receive no rewards but you’ll lose the resources and your characters energy.

This glitch is once again having an impact on players collecting stuff and clearing Questline parts, we had it in Phase 1 but a push was fixed, sadly it’s not lasted.  Please use your in game contact tool to reach out to support about this, hopefully they can finally get a better fix on this for everyone that’s impacted. I’ve made them aware of it as well.
