The event still hasn’t started on my Android platform as of 10:30pm Est on 11/5 and I don’t see an update in the store I can push…..

Have you done a manual search of the game to see if it triggers the update

I did. There was none. Turns out Peter was walking around in Stewieland and the quest triggered when I went there. Seems like a bug to me.
