Welcome to the latest new end of event feedback page. where today I’m asking you to tell me what you thought about the event, the characters, costumes, buildings, drops, questlines, glitches. Basically here’s the page where you can tell us everything and anything you want to feedback to Jam City, just keep it PG.  

***I’m putting this up now as there’s been flexible end times on recent events so just give us your feedback here when you’re done with the event or when it is officially over if you’re playing until the end***

Remember you can say more than you simply liked or disliked the event, such as commenting on the format, the content, what material drops held you back or irked you, what character or costume you’re mad you missed out on, or even which you weren’t fussed about getting. You can share with Jam City how glitches impacted your play, or even how support dealt with any issues you had, such as did they help you get back on track or did they fail to help you at all. Basically any thoughts you share here will be passed to Jam City.

  1. Couldn’t get Baby Booster because the 3 of the final items would only allow Nerdboy Neil (or whatever he was called) to complete tasks, and you had to wait six hours for him to heal every time. They really need to incorporate more of the original characters into the events. Sent a message to TinyCo.


  2. Overall, I thought it was just OK. Some thoughts:

    -For the look, I liked the vampires, ghosts, werewolves and witch kids running around. Thought the buildings were also appropriate for the Halloween theme. That said, I didn’t understand the weird superhero costumes that you had to earn during the event, or why they were all for the Riverdale versions of the characters. Seemed like a disconnect with the Halloween theme.

    -There were major issues with the fight setups that made it seem like this event hadn’t been playtested properly. Normally, the first week is easy, the second week is more difficult, and the last week is the hardest. However, due to issues with low hit power and too few of your characters to fight against high damage/health of the characters who needed to de defeated, plus high item requirements to be able to fight, it was a lot harder than it should have been. Although they made some changes during the game, they were mostly too late. Basically getting through the weeks depended on how early you finished week 1. If you could finish a day or two early and build up a stack of bats for week two, you had a chance. In my case, I had 15 bats going into week two, but still ran through my stash in a little over two days, and then usually had to wait for two or three healing cycles before I could fight again. If you came into week two with no stash of bats, and had to earn them all during the week, you likely wouldn’t have had a chance of finishing on time.

    -The witch kids weren’t very useful after the first week. No drops, except 5 candy corn, and after the early in the second week, having enough candy corn wasn’t a problem for most people. Ended the event with something like 140 candy hearts to fight the witch kids left over simply because there was no need to bother to fight the kids anymore.

    -Common complaint about not getting a new loading screen related to the event until the event was nearly over. Also, didn’t understand the new screen. The superhero costumes are obvious, but there is also a Sheriff Peter and what looks like Werewolf Buff Brian, which I didn’t see anywhere this week. WTD?


  3. I finished the event on Tuesday, including the main quest line. I did get lucky and got the Ruth Cat outfit on the first try of the box. I usually don’t try the boxes since I rarely get anything useful out of them. The biggest hold-up of the last week was fighting the werewolves since only Boy Virgin could do that and it usually took 2 fights. It would have been nice if they had updated the loading screen earlier than just the most recent update since it references the ending event and will probably not fit with whatever is coming up next. Overall it was a decent event.


  4. There’s about one hour left of the event and I haven’t been able to complete it. This event seemed a bit poorly planned out compared to previous ones. I found unlocking characters to be a bit more difficult this time around. Once I’d unlocked Boy Virgin, the hero versions of Chris and Quagmire seemed to be almost irrelevant, as it relied on Boy Virgin to unlock stuff but he was pretty underpowered. Another issue was trying to unlock Baby Booster only to find one of the characters I had to fight could be fought with either the underpowered Boy Virgin or Baby Booster himself!
    Also, some of the unlocked event buildings were pointless as, by the time I could unlock them, the stuff they dropped was no longer needed.
    I ended up using clams to unlock Baby Booster in the hope I could speed through whatever was left of the event but it doesn’t look like that will be the case.

    • Getting Baby Booster was the main target this last week of the event, I wouldn’t evervrecommend spending Clams just to complete Questline


    • 100% agree with all those issues. I don’t like when they use the character you’re trying to acquire as a means of acquiring said character. Doesn’t make sense.


  5. The additional day really helped! I was able to get Baby Booster. The buildings are cool and I’ll keep a couple out after the event ends. I didn’t like the healing time for the characters.
