it is very irritating to me to finish an event and still collect materials only to have those materials show up for another event (sugar) and have to collect them again. I didn’t realize they wipe out any excess material after an event ends. Guess I will just stop playing and wait for a new event when I am finished. Also it takes 7 minutes for my Consuela’s vacuum to work. I just start it and leave my phone alone until it collects……..

It’s always been the case, new event all materials to be collected start at 0, even if they do rehash the type of materials you need. Once you complete an event no reason to keep collecting items, I take a break then.
They are working on a fix for the Vacuum delay
