Just wanted to put up a post about an that seems to be impacting players. It would appear the game is once again playing up with a new config error.
Please reach out to support by clicking HELP on the error message. Until it’s fixed I can’t tell you much about the new event, apart from love is in the air.
UPDATE @ 17.44 UTC: Report are very aware of the isdue and working on getting us all back in our games.
I had the same glitch, and contacted support, but did not hear anything. On a whim, I tried to restart the game and it appears to be OK now with a new event for Bruce’s Wedding starting up.

was getting same error up to 5 mins ago, I cleared cache and date in the app section of my phone for this app and now the game has loaded with no error. They may of fixed it or they have fixed it!

I emailed them with all my device info. Depending how long it takes to fix, I hope they add more time on the back end. I’m guessing developers test the game before the latest launch but wow this happens often.

Elderly game syndrome has kicked in I think, one issue, creates another and fixing the whole game code just isn’t worth it on a game this old. Tapped Out has similar issues, and despite EA bring massive they haven’t sorted it out for sane reason.

I don’t even have the option to click “Help”. All I can do is click “OK” when that popup appears and watch the game reload, only to see that same popup.
About had it with these new features and updates that keep breaking the game.
