Just wanted to put up a post reminding you of the different ways you can reach out to game support.
There’s 3 ways to do this:
The first and best way is through your game main menu, select Help & Support and then tap ‘Contact Us’.
You can also go to their website and use the ‘Contact’ button: https://jamcity.helpshift.com/a/family-guy-the-quest-for-stuff/
And if neither of these are possible, then you can contact support via email. The email address to use is – email@example.com
WHERE DO I FIND MY PLAYERID?
You’ll find it in one of two ways.
Located on the bottom right of the loading screen
Located on the bottom right of the Account Info Menu
However I advise having a screenshot or a note of it incase you can’t load your game to access it.
