Unlocked Peter today and currently on Pt. 5 in the questline, recently discovered if your game is freezing when clearing the quahog historical museum (a recent bug) instead of reloading the game just wait a few minutes and it eventually unfreezes everytime, but it does take a few minutes so guess depends if you wanna wait for the unfreeze or close & reload the game.
