Hi fellow addicts
I’m afraid despite my hopes it was fixed the crashing continues. I’ve contacted support again but would ask anyone else having the issue does the same.

I reported the crashing last night, as it was much worse for me at the start at week 3. I got a reply that they cleared my cache and that I should turn on the Low Memory Graphics options under Settings.
No crash yet today, and that was before I read the email reply. So fingers crossed!

Had crashes after a few minutes on the first and second day of this phase, but it seems to have settled down for me. Just one crash since. Playing on a 4th Gen iPad Air.

Intermittent crashes started back up with the new phase.

I just started the final phase, and the crashing has gotten much worse. It took me 5 or 6 reloads of the game before I could get all the new tasks going. 😠

Constant crashing, poor drops for Sweat Lemonades and the removal of the ‘fast forward’ feature have all made this 2nd phase very unenjoyable indeed

This is what I received from support:
Hello David,
Thank you for the additional information. I will be happy to continue assisting you.
Let me share with you that our development team is working hard to find the root cause of this crashing inconvenience; thus, they can release an update that will get rid of it once and for all. Although I cannot provide you with an estimated time on when this update will be launched, I can assure you that it will be pretty soon. I would also ask you to stay tuned for upcoming updates by constantly visiting your App Store.
For now though, I just sent over 45 clams to your game account. I know this doesn’t solve your problem, but hopefully it can help you a bit with the frustration you must be feeling while we work on a proper fix.
If you have any more questions or come across any other issue, let me know, I’ll be happy to help.
Kind regards,

Dang, clams! I got advised to use an android device as my 2019 iPad Pro 12.9” device cannot seem to handle the game, they keep clearing my game cache to no avail.
What I am finding is I can be in the app for a few minutes, there doesn’t seem to be any specific amount of time until I hear the theme music stop, other game sounds continue, but once the theme music cuts out I have about 30-45 seconds before it crashes.
An interesting note, I had gotten into the game after numerous crashes with intent of only getting into tech support contact. In the time it took me to tap-type out my message, I heard the theme music cut out and then, poof. But reopening the game and getting back in to the Help contact, all of the text I had entered was still there!!
I’ve also suggested some further user settings:
– turn off animations, which would stop all building animations (I have constantly been told by tech support to remove animated buildings, well, stop MAKING animated buildings or work on memory management!)
– user accessible cache clear. This would probably do the same as deleting the app, reinstalling, getting to the point you can sign back in and restoring the game, without all that nonsense. Tech support can continuously remotely do this, let the user control it as well.
