Silver robots just will not drop. I send glider Joe alone which has them as high and gold as low and four times in a row now, I get gold. How are we supposed to get the flying machines for buildings?!?!

Keep trying but hit claim fast when you get as if your game crashes or shuts down before you do so, you need to tap to complete the investigation and you can get a different drop.

I get what you’re trying to say, but it doesn’t seem to work, at least not on iOS. Five times in a row, got “kicked out” before hitting claim, and the results were exactly the same every time.

I did find one advantage that worked once, when spy robot is on the field send Glider joe to the tower, THEN he is High for silver, otherwise it is medium when spy is not on field. Even then twice now gotten gold instead of silver. I currently have 27 gold robots running around and cannot get silver…

Just remember if you game crashes or has to be closed after completing the task, you need reload and complete it again, and you may end up with different drop.
