I can still buy character / costumes with them like: (in Quahog) Neil Goldman, (in Stewieland) Poodle Stewie, Tiny Tim Stewie, Giant Stewie, and three other Stewies

My gripe has to do with the Stewie Bucks. What’s the point of them? I do the daily challenge every day and they hand them out as prizes in the Season’s Pass in most of the events but they are seemingly useless as there is nothing you can do with them. I have 3923 Green bucks, 1934 blue bucks, 405 red bucks and 11 gold bucks and all I can “buy” with them are palm trees and fire creatures? Please explain to me why they are still part of the game. I thought we were supposed to be able to purchase special items and characters with them. I think the only character I was ever able to purchase was Evil Monkey years ago. Is this simply a dead, archaic part of the game or will there ever be a use for them?
