This is another event that it has been impossible to get the last character in the 3rd week because you can NOT get the character for free. Since I can only sleep for no more than 2 hrs at a time. I haven’t not missed one opportunity to collect ornaments in this event and I have gotten only 6 so far. I to get 27 Santa hats in order to get “Santa Death”? Impossible!!!

To unlock Santa Death (the character) you need santa hats from beating Santa Death (the boss) using christmas ornaments. Which you can get from Santa Death (the character).
What the deuce?! There is no logic to this. After you manage to unlock the character you have no more need for beating the boss!
Do the developers even play their own game?

They really stuck it to us with these ornaments.

How in the hell do they expect us to collect enough ornaments to fight the death santa with only one character giving them out every 6 hours and it’s uncommon….. you also need to get 27 Santa hats from fighting the death santa to unlock the other death santa. That is seriously impossible. I play every day and have gotten a total 5 ornaments since Wednesday.

Yes, there was a similar problem the last time TinyCo ran an event using this template (the character was Hoverboard Connie). Not sure why they haven’t made a correction since many players complained then. I should be able to get enough ornaments this time just because I purchased the season pass. It’ll still be difficult though as the drops haven’t been great. My suggestion is to respectfully write to support and tell them it’s a mathematical impossibility to get the amount of ornaments needed with just one freemium character and ask them to fix the problem. Best case scenario, they put out a fix for everyone. Most likely, they will gift you some of the needed materials as they did in my case last time. With the extra materials, I was able to get Hoverboard Connie. Good luck!
