Hi. This is not really a wtd, but a question. Is anybody having trouble to log in? I had to delete the app on Thursday because it was reaching 1.1 gbn and now I cant log in my FB account. When I get redirected to the log in page, I get a message in red saying sth like ‘app not active. The app is not accessible right now and the app developper is aware of the issue. You will be able to log in when the app is reactivated’. I tried installing both the fb and fb lite apps, and logging in and out there, which had worked in the past, but I still can’t log in. It’s been two days now.
Does anybody have any ideas? Or do you know a way of contacting support without accessing the game? Thanks.

Hi, I had a similar issue once, I had to log on to Facebook in web browser on my device, then open Facebook App then try to load saved game, can’t guarantee it will work on your issue but worth a try. Hi! I’ve spoke support and there’s an issue with Facebook across their games, they are working on a fix but unfortunately theres no eta for it as yet. Sorry it’s not better news. If you have your game on an old device you could save it as a username, or if you’ve got your Game User ID they could maybe help you, otherwise it’s a waiting game. Sorry
