Dear TinyCo: I Would Really Like…..

NOTE: As stated clearly below, I wanted a POSITIVE Post. This is not a What The Deuce. If you wish to vent, don’t bother commenting. 

This is for creativity and ideas, NOT to vent. Those disrespectful and not caring of a simple request will be moderated. I find it ridiculous people still don’t have respect for the Addicts in this regard.

 

Hello There Clammers!

With me under the weather and dealing with some personal stuff on this end, I wanted to kind of take a step back and out of the Current Event and focus on something positive for the game. Things we have hopes and wishes for that will be changed and/or added to the game.

We’re nearing the 2 Year mark of TQFS!  As the game continually evolves we still notice comments about upcoming items/features you’d love to see in the game.  This is a central place for you to put your game requests (features, events, characters, decorations etc) for TinyCo to see all of your great ideas!

Remember… TinyCo does listen to YOUR requests (and they do read this blog!) as evident by the Character Locator, Sell Feature, Coin Collector, and so many more items it’s hard to name them all.

To start us off, here are some thoughts from me…

  • More options for roads then just roads: Dirt, Cobblestone, Pavement, etc.
  • Resize ALL items in the game: Over time items have been added to the game that don’t seem to be sized the same. Maybe to help with the “space” issues, many of these can be resized or even downsized so we can fit more into the limited land we have.
  • Land: I know this one it a tough one, do to the limited space TinyCo can offer in the game to keep with the RAM limits… but I really am hoping more comes along soon.

Quest for Stuff Quick Walkthroughs: Football Fever Week 2

Hello There Clammers!

It’s football time in Quahog!  Time to bust out the cheeseheads, pom poms, foam fingers and body paint and get ready for some football!

Week 2 is full of rival fans (being from NY area I must say…stupid Boston fans 😉 ), more football superstars, character skins, touchdowns and frustrating rate drops…ah just another day in our Tiny Quahogs…..

Of course to help guide you along with the second week TinyCo has provided a fun (and yes at times frustrating) little questline.  This is designed to help explain how the event works, as well as encourage you to earn more materials to unlock characters and prizes.  So let’s take a look at the details behind the week 2 questline and just what you’ll need to do to move onto the next phase when it hits next week…

Heisman Stewie Mystery Box

The Heisman Stewie Mystery Box has hit our Tiny Quahogs!  For 150 Clam Icon a try you could win a variety of Football themed prizes.  Some will help with the event, some are just fun animated prizes and of course some are clam gold!

Hello There Clammers!

Wow my first full, substance post on FG in a while.  Hope I remember how to do this!  It’s funny…within 5 minutes of playing the new update I was suddenly hit with all the things that make me crazy about this game lol.  Somethings never change!

With all this cute lil stuff all over our games, you can’t help but feel like a lil kid. Now where did I put my Red Wagon and dog with a black spot around his eye?

The Li’l Griffin event is live in our games and with it a mix of New Characters. Including New Characters you can collect Materials and unlock. Characters like, Li’l Giant Chicken.

Winter SPOILER: What’s Next in Family Guy?

Sweet!  After nearly 2 years of me telling TinyCo to release an update around sports they finally listened (cause you know, we’re not all nerds like Bunny..)!  The update itself has NOT hit the games yet, but be sure to download the latest verision (1.17.0) so you can play once it goes live!  (And if I were you i’d anticipate it going live sometime in the next 48hrs…just based on the update hitting the stores etc)

Well Bunny’s still healing..and all hopped up on pain meds…so I get the fun of sharing with you guys the newest spoiler sent to us courtesy of TinyCo!

The snow has melted, Christmas is over…although if you look at the game icon you’d think otherwise (really TC can you fix that already?  Tired of seeing nutcracker Stewie…)…and the Li’l Event is just about up (ends tomorrow, don’t forget), so what’s next in our Tiny Quahogs?

Phase 3 Rundown

The main thing I am seeing so far… just as in releases of the past… you need to reach a certain point in the NEW Content to have full access to all the items for Phase 3.

In this case, build the Mascara Shop and complete Part 1.

Dear TinyCo: I Would Really Like…..

Hello There Tribblemakers!

It’s been a while since we put one of these up, but figured it was a good time.

As the game evolves we’re noticing more and more of you commenting about upcoming items/features you’d love to see in the game..or even questions/concerns you have about the game.  So we’ve decided that once in a while we’re going to give you guys the 1 central place for you to put your game requests (features, events, characters, decorations etc) would be the best place for TinyCo to see all of your great ideas!

Remember..TinyCo does listen to YOUR requests (and they read this blog!) as evident by a ton of the features we see in the game today!

And to get the ball rolling I’ll kick it off…

Dear TinyCo… Bunny would like…
1: The Inventory a little more organized. I like there are 3 separated tabs, but I would like it to go a step further if possible. I would like the Decorations & Buildings either Alphabetized or maybe grouped into Events (they kind of are…but still odd ones pop in there). It takes a bit to find something in there with all our cool “stuff” we got. Especially when something is just randomly placed in the middle. 

2. Cancel Characters Task Option. It sucks when you want to send a Character to do one thing but accidentally send them on another. Or… just sent them off and they’re all of the sudden needed but now you’re stuck for hours. Being able to pays coins to STOP the Task in its tracks would be great. Maybe the amount you would have earned from that task? It would make coins more useful and it a bit easier on us to not have the only options of Clams to get out of a task.
