Hi how do u replace an old Facebook with game data as I’m further with my game at present but when I go to log in Facebook I only have option of replacing for the old data??

Once you link a Facebook account it’s connected to that game. You can try contacting TinyCo and ask if they can do it for you, but I don’t think they’ll be able to.

I had the same issue and they did it for me no problem, I had to send them the url of my facebook account and they un-linked it from the level 1 game, leaving me free to add my higher level game. Whole thing took about 2 days, so they did a great job. Hope this helps 🙂

Yes. It takes just a few minutes. You have to play until the menu is unlocked just after Chris helps Peter with the antenna. Once menu unlocks, you just sign in. 😉

I have unlocked Brian and can not unlock the “whole lotta bull” part 5 quest now. It’s not in my quests options and when I tap on a bull it just says “requires Brian”, which is unlocked.

There’s a known glitch with the Bulls, unfortunately. The best course of action here would be to contact TinyCo and let them know what’s going on with your game. They’ll be able to go in a make and adjustment to correct the glitch.

We do not know until the items are live and active in the games. This is the main reason we never post spoilers unless TinyCo provides them directly to the public. Too many things can change from the point of creation to the time it goes live during an event. I assume that they will release the next stage on Friday…as they have the past few other ones.

I had a question about the sarcophagi. I had a couple of notifications about them over the weekend, but I don’t have them or know what they do. How do I get them, are they unlocked some how? I’m on iOS if that matters

Unfortunately, iOS has not yet gotten the update for it. Not a fan of this process where half the games get an update and the other half don’t see if for days (or in this case nearly a week).

Why is it you don’t always get your “reward” when completely activities. For instance, I am trying to get the canteen for the rescue Cleveland mission. And only maybe 3/5 times does the Bruce spritzer time and Jerome wash sand out, come back with the canteen after completing the mission. Why is that? What am I doing wrong?

You’re not doing anything wrong. The prizes are random and set to different levels of difficulties. So they won’t always drop after each task. You can check out our materials page to see what drops at each rate. But keep in mind they are random, so when exactly they’ll fall is anyone’s guess:

I’m not sure what phones are compatible and which aren’t. All I know is it’s available for Android and iOS, but unsure which devices specifically will and won’t work with it. Im really enjoying this game and have been good at timing the tasks and therefore completing them nice and quickly. But now I have nothing to do other then collecting moon idols?? Nothing, I’ve just finished hosing down in one hot mama and the trisha quest???? Every ‘special’ character I have purchased already and finished off weeks ago. Have I missed something to unlock the next quest or am I just waiting now for the next district to be released?

First I’m hearing of it. You can’t delete or sell buildings, only store them. So if it is missing, it’s most likely a glitch and something you’ll need to contact TinyCo on.

Hey guys!
My bf tried to install the update to get the pyramid quest and Cleveland etc but it kept erroring him and wouldnt install. I saw from a few other people they just uninstalled the game fully went to reinstall amd it worked, unfortunately for us it didnt work and keeps erroring so it wont finish the game install now at all.
Were out of ideas and need some help! Ive emailed tinyco and am still waiting on a reply (they asked for the 32 digit account/game number but you can only access it from in the game so for him he cant grab it, I replied and advised that asked if I could sign in for him onmy phone and get the code and I havent heard back from them yet)
Im wondering if anyone else had this problem and if so what was the fix!?

If you can do that and get the ID, go for it. If not, let them know there is no way and ask if there is some other information you can provide instead.
TinyCo should be best to help you on this as it may be device specific.

It can’t just be old devices. My tablet is a brand new samsung, and it does the same thing. Yet my son’s ‘stupid’ smartphone runs the app with no problem what so ever. He’s been scoring class off my multiverse like crazy *mad face* lol

You didn’t delete it (or sell it) not an option in the game. More than likely it’s in your inventory. Check out this post to see how to pull items from inventory (although it’s about the Flower Bush, it still applies to the house) 🙂

Unfortunately, if you didn’t create an account your game is most likely lost. With out account to back it up too it backed up on your phone. So when your phone crashes and wipes out the data goes with it. But if you have an account it backs up to your account as well.

It’s still waaaaaaay too early. TinyCo is on the west coast. Barely morning there. Not quite 7am. Most businesses don’t even open til 8 or 9am. Patience my friend. Let them actually get to work first, then they can start playing catch up on emails.

I’m assuming you’ve tried hard closing and restarting the game. Have you tried uninstall and resintalling it? (CAUTION…Don’t do this unless your game is saved. ie you’ve linked your email or Facebook to it.)

Mine will start to load and then it kicks me out halfway through the loading bar. I havent been able to check mine in almost 2 days now. Help doesn’t give me the option on the loading page to let anyone know either.

Best bet is to contact TinyCo directly. It’s most likely an issue with your game directly, so by contacting them they’ll be able to tell you if there’s a problem with your game directly & they’ll go in and repair it.

my game wont seem to load, it jumps the first bit of the load bar the music starts playing and then it shuts itself down, i updated it on the 6th of june and the problem started yesterday and is still occurring today.

Same here ever since that pyramid I get loading and then jumps back out. Tried phone restart and game shut down and open out of ideas and too scared to delete and redownload incase I loose progress. On iPhone 5c 02

My account seems to be corrupted. The game works when I reinstall it, but when I link to my Facebook account, it crashes on startup.
It has done this on two separate devices: an iPad 2 and an iPhone 5C.
How can I fix this?

It sounds like you might have got logged out. Try to play the game through til the menu unlocks. It will go fast. I have had to do this before. Its at point Chris holds antennae for Peter. As soon as you see that lil blue square, then you can tap it and log in using your facebook, email, or w/e you did to log into the game and save it.

Q: Ok so when i switch to Ollieland there is an animation where the pyramid reveals itself … When it is completed and the game tries to switch back to full screen to letterbox the whole game freezes then crashes back to the home screen 😦 Since Ive had a few bugs from null something to connection errors I tried a few more times but to no avail … Anyone have any ideas how to move past this ?

Please help! I have unlocked the pyramid but I cannot see any mummies to tap? I’m still to unlock Cleveland, is this the problem?

You do not need Cleveland for the Mummies. They should just come. Try minimizing your screen and exiting the game. If that does not work, try restarting your device and going back into the game. The Mummies should have exited once you opened the pyramid.

I have a problem. I just got my game back after a month of working with TinyCo. The problem is that level one is tied to my facebook account and I can not log in without losing my current progress. Any help would be appreciated. BTW another TinyCo helpdesk person sent me a reset password link.

Only TinyCo has access to something like that. Sorry. You need to reach back out the them to let them know what progress needs to be saved to the Facebook account.

Hi, I had the same issue, a level one account linked to my FB account and a level 26 not, I contacted TinyCo and I had to send them the URL of my FB account linked to the level one game and they disconnected it from that account leaving me free to add my level 26 account. It was all sorted within 2 days, good luck 🙂

Ok I am on level 23 and still can’t unlock civic block … I think I’m behind on tasks ?? But one of my tasks is to clear pirates and I don’t have any pirates to clear ? I have all characters unlocked thus far ( but clown peter and sm Louis ) . What am I missing to get pirates ?

There was an issue with the Pirates. Please use your in game menu, help & settings and contact TinyCo on the matter so they can see in your game.

Yes, it is happening to me also for 2 days now.
I can get into Ollie town, but nowhere else.
I contacted support and they claim my friends must be on a different version of the game then me. I have the latest version of the game, and none of my 40 plus friends towns will load. I don’t find their explanation credible.
