So I nuked my town, bc I had too many buildings and i wanted to rearrange. do I have to rebuild every building from scratch? Or is the build time faster the 2nd time around? Plz let it be faster bc Some of them took 2 days to build?

I’m trying to find a walk through or advice to help me out, searched through many parts of your site, just not finding the right place yet… Just triggered dance hall days part 1 with Olivia’s house, placed it but not able to “clear block?” I’ve cleared all available land (except fine arts and d 10-which are greyed out still). If you are still working on the Mayor’s Questline… it won’t unlock. You got to unlock one District completely before moving on to next.

How do the events work, like if you log on a week before your friend does that mean your event would technically end a week before your friends

No. They still start and stop the exact time for every player.

Is the Pawtucket Brewery now inventoryable? I was just cleaning up the stupid amount of buildings in my town. I put what I thought was the dreaded Pawtawket Brewery in my inventory, but now I don’t see it in there or amywhere in my town (granted there are still too many building ******* up the scenery and breaking my mind so it’s quite possible I missed it)
Can either of you or anyone else not currently trying to unlock that district confirm this or call me nuts?
I did look here for an answer 1st but I didn’t see one

When I load the app I get a thing that says is is missing or something so I kept trying to relog and it didn’t work so I deleted it and reinstalled it and logged back on to Facebook and it keeps showing the same thing and I was wondering is there a way to fix it

That is an old error that pops up now and then. If the Basic troubleshooting did not help, you are going to have to reach out to TinyCo.
Usually completing wiping the App from your device and then installing a clean new one from your app market clears it.

I’ve had Stripper Bonnie since Comic-con and a new questline for her just popped up since the Magic Mike event ended. I had to buy the new stripper pole in order to progress in the questline. Her task for the champagne room that requires Bonnie’s Stripper Pole is missing. Is the new pole replacing the old one? Also, if the old pole is no longer needed will they reimburse the clams that was spent on buying the pole?

So I’ve recently looked at the App Store and noticed that the Simpsons tapped out was only about 90 MB, and I thought it wasn’t right since the family guy quest for stuff is about 500 MB (in my storage atleast). When I looked at the app in the App Store again it told me it was about 90 MB as well, so can you guys help me out in figuring out where I got the extra 500 MB?

That is the base file, then there is ALL the additional content you load every Event and items you put in your game. So it adds up.

If it’s data for items in your town… you can’t remove it.

I haven’t been able to play since the magic mike event ended. Keep getting a load error . Config empty for id comicconConventionKingStewie in character. I’ve uninstalled completely and reinstalled, initially starts me at level one and loads fine, but when I sync with Facebook/email it goes back to that load error. I haven’t upgraded my ios so I know it’s not that. Anyone else having this problem?

That happened to me about 2 months ago, put in a trouble ticket with no reply in 2 months, sending a message every single day….guess they really didn’t want my money anymore

Every Single Day? That’s a bit overkill. I get you want the help, but spamming them is what is causing the mass amounts of TOO MANY emails going into their system and creating issues for all Players to get a response. All that does is make it take MORE time for them to be able to not only respond to you but other Players in need too.
I would suggest to write them from your game itself at anytime possible as all your game date automatically comes attached with it. If you can’t, ONLY email their main address (help@tinyco.com) and wait. Give them 5 days to respond (this includes automated messages too) and respond back to ANYTHING you see (even automated). If nothing in 5 days, then send a follow up. Also make sure ALL your data, game info, Player ID, etc are attached with the email as they are basically blind due to they don’t have your game details.

I just reached level 58 yesterday I believe (up to date on all of the districts and everything), and once I finished off the last of the Don Corleone quests I had remaining, and now I’ve got nothing! Is this normal, or should I be concerned about some sort of glitch? Thanks for the awesome work gals! We all really appreciate it!!

It is quiet right now… use it for what it is. Rearrange your town. Get some areas prepped for new stuff. Etc. New things will be coming soon. 😉

When can I buy more land or space?…..the Simpsons game is unlimited on how big u can build ur town. Why is this one soooooooo small??

Simpsons is not unlimited. It is over 3+ years old and they only started adding MORE land this last year. This game is only a bit over a year old. Give it time to progress more and more land will come. 😉

Any idea when support will be added for iOS 9? The public beta launched last week, so I have been completely locked out of game since then. I asked TinyCo and their reply was “support will be added before the beta version is released to the public” which means they likely didn’t actually read my email, since the beta has already been released to the public.

i have just noticed that when you tap and hold on a building it is surrounded by dots that if you hold long enough it lets you move that building is this new or has it been around for a while and i have not noticed

Hey everyone, I didn’t know where to post this but it’s a question so… I won consuela during the mobsters event so she is new to me but I just got a pop up about consuelas vacuum. Is this new? I’ve never seen anything about it but it makes collecting a lot easier. I never thought I’d see something like this in a game like this but it sure is quicker. Thanx and have fun.

Well after a week of not being able to play the game and then my account getting reset to level 1, I finally heard back from TinyCo and they suggested logging in with my email address in the username and boom it worked my old game def was back because during reloading……crash!!!!! Oh how I love the android network lol…..thanks for all the help ladies

So I deleted the family guy app for a couple weeks. I was on a really high level. I hit “keep” as in keep the old info in the game center, when the game center asked me when I removed it. Anyways, I re-uploaded it and it made me start back on level one. I checked the game center and it says im still at where I was previously. But when I click back on the game, it still leaves me back on level one.

You need to have saved your game to an email or Facebook. If you did. Then the reinstall needs you to log back in. So you’ll have to tap to access menu and log in. Then LOAD the file from level you were on.

Hey gals I emailed tinyco about my account resetting after I switched from android to ios to try to fix the glitch…I was a level 60 and now loaded thru FB a level 1
I know they are backed up because of all the problem in this event but do you think its possible they can recover my old account somehow!?? I have invested a lil bit of time and money into the game and will be rather upset if I lost everything trying to jump the glitch….any info helps 🙂 thanks in advance!!

That’s up to what info you can supply them to recover it. If you have your player ID # and as many details as possible of the game itself it helps. If you don’t have a Player ID # then it will be a while. Think… needle in a million haystacks

I just started playing the game this week and have been working on the Godfather quests. I bought the candy shop that unlocks Diabeto but will I be able to unlock him still as time is running out. I highly doubt I will be able to get all the items in time. Thanks. 8)

If you saved your game to an email or Facebook, then yes. It is just a matter of putting the app on your new device. Playing the game til the menu pops up. Log in… then LOAD your saved game file on the Level you left on.

Yes, I’ve been having problems with my Galaxy Tablet S loading the game. It’s been crashing for the past two days and I was trying to keep working on the leaderboard prizes. This puts me at a serious disadvantage for the leaderboard. I wasn’t aiming too far up, I was just going to sustain myself at the least for both the Don and Zoot Suit Stewie. I’ve tried having the game being the only thing that was running and have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it as well as putting my tablet in airplane mode before starting it up and none of them have helped.

I was in the middle of using clams to clear the last two couriers 15 minutes before time out and the server crashed. When I got back on the quest was gone. I sent a message to through help and support and was given 100 clams but I want the chance to finish the quest instead!! Anyone faced the same problem??!

I already contacted Tinyco, I’m trying to do the Enter the Dragon mission, spent a lot of clams to speed it up, but every time I take out a cookie courier it does not count toward the mission. Still says 0 out of 6!! This is the first time I’ve spent money for clams, and looks like I wasted them on a broken quest. Is Tinyco gonna give me the Dragon and mob rep since I can’t complete the mission I spent money on?

All I can suggest is to report it in game. Others stated the same, but they need the trigger points where it stopped. So please message them so they can look into it.
In the meantime, do as you can on the main questlines and ensure that you’re on App Version 1.9.7 in your App market.

Make sure you do it from in your game menu messaging too though… quicker and easier to respond as all your game data is automatically attached along with your Player ID. Helps to avoid the back and forth emails. 🙂

The same thing happened to me. When I got the last item for mr washee washee he disappeared and now his character is locked in the item menu again without a way of purchasing. I think they are trying to get a patch for it.

So I bought the candy shop an the cleaners the other day an I have been trying to do the quest to unlock the characters an I just went on there an the characters aren’t outside the stores anymore an I can’t rebuy the buildings. I don’t know what happened to them or what to do since I need to unlock the character from the candy shop in order to finish up the maifia or mob quests
