I’m seeing the full event on IOS, app version 1.71.0, and pulling info now and I’ll get the LIVE post up as soon as possible. Until then you can throw caution to the wind as there is NO timed character to unlock.
Yes let me repeat the good news, there’s no unlock timer on Nigel Tufnel.

Hi beach bums and sun worshippers just a gentle reminder that you need 300 Party Supplies as part of Sunburnt Quagmire’s unlock requirements so don’t go buying that Waterfall until you’ve unlocked him. He’s a tough unlock, but I’d hate see any Addict get the other drops only to have spent valuable Party Supplies on the Waterfall decoration.
