Warning – Repeat Events & VIP Season Pass “Exclusive” Character

Just a reminder to check you don’t have the VIP “exclusive” character  before you purchase the VIP Pass. For example as I noted in a previous post in this repeated event it is Dancer Stewie who was already available as a VIP Season Pass. So please be sure you don’t have the character as you’ll only get 100 clams as the top prize if you do!

Multiverse Event is here again….. and yes it is a repeated event….

Few things to cover here…

Android Update Loop – This should be fixed.

IOS & Android Freezing – This also should be fixed, if your game still freezes please leave it open and after 5 minutes or so the issue should resolve.

IOS Update – This wasn’t the cause of the freezing, it’s happening on previous versions so there’s no harm in updating now.

And finally, yes the latest event is a rerun of Pizza Day, there is NO new content in either the event play or Season Pass, both give a chance to pick up things you’ve missed and complete old FaceSpace Sets. The main prize in the VIP  season pass is Witch Neil, who was also available previously. So some of us have a week off whilst others get to gather some old stuff. You’ll find links to the event overview and main Questline HERE.

Warning – IOS 6.6.0 Update causing I ssues!!!!!

Just a heads up that if your playing on IOS, the latest update, version 6.6.0 is causing major issues with playing. It’s been reported, but avoid updating until you know it’s safe.

For those that have, contact support once your back in and explain what you missed out on due to this.

Bad Luck – Event Feedback Page

Welcome to the latest new end of event feedback page. where today I’m asking you to tell me what you thought about the event, the characters, costumes, buildings, drops, questlines, glitches. Basically here’s the page where you can tell us everything and anything you want to feedback to Jam City, just keep it PG.  

*Remember the event is ending today at 4PM UTC*

Remember you can say more than you simply liked or disliked the event, such as commenting on the format, the content, what material drops held you back or irked you, what character or costume you’re mad you missed out on, or even which you weren’t fussed about getting. You can share with Jam City how glitches impacted your play, or even how support dealt with any issues you had, such as did they help you get back on track or did they fail to help you at all. Basically any thoughts you share here will be passed to Jam City.
