Stewie Event – End of Event Feedback Page

Welcome to the latest new end of event feedback page. where today I’m asking you to tell me what you thought about the event, the characters, costumes, buildings, drops, questlines, glitches. Basically here’s the page where you can tell us everything and anything you want to feedback to Jam City, just keep it PG.  

***I’m putting this up now as there’s been flexible end times on recent events so just give us your feedback here when you’re done with the event or when it is officially over if you’re playing until the end***

Remember you can say more than you simply liked or disliked the event, such as commenting on the format, the content, what material drops held you back or irked you, what character or costume you’re mad you missed out on, or even which you weren’t fussed about getting. You can share with Jam City how glitches impacted your play, or even how support dealt with any issues you had, such as did they help you get back on track or did they fail to help you at all. Basically any thoughts you share here will be passed to Jam City. 

And just as you also said you’d like it, there’s the quick votes to see which freemium characters/costumes you unlocked.

  2. 2 Times no. Because i cant send characters to do event things. Also dont understand already had chemicaly castrated Chris. What the duece. Though of was a Stewie event

  5. For me the event was a complete disaster.
    I had already notified support about the crashing issue during the previous event, just to let them know that it was becoming worse.
    They said they were aware of the issue. Instead of fixing it they went right on and released a new, timed, mini-event.
    That’s when things went to hell.
    The crashing was kicked up to Ludicrous Speed. The first few days gave me hundreds of crashes (no type, hundreds with an “S”). I would spend longer trying to complete a task than the task took to complete!
    If I was able to complete anything those actions would be undone when the game crashed.
    The first day was bad. The next went to ridiculous. The game became completely unplayable. It was so bad that any attempt to perform an action could cause the game to crash. I could not complete any stage of the event due to the crashing.
    How did support do?
    Every replay included the phrase “I will be happy to continue assisting you”, followed by an explanation about how there was nothing they could do and were still working on a fix. Then telling me that if I needed further assistance that I should no hesitate to contact them
    The result would be a repeat of the above paragraph. Telling your customers that you “will be happy to continue assisting” them, and then saying there was nothing you could do is not actually assisting them.
    I understand that support is limited in what they can say and do, but telling me they would continue to assist me while at the same time telling me they could not assist me was neither comforting or helpful.
    Now they release a new event that some of us cannot participate in.
    I think they may have lost me as a customer forever. May I add that I was a paying customer to boot.
