They just told me they pushed a fix for my problem so I reloaded my game and it fixed it now I can play my game again after a month yeah

Loaded in update 3.3.3 yesterday on my android tablet and was able to play for 20 minutes the screen came up CONNECTION LOST just like before the update and still does not save anything I did . Now I can only get into game for lest the 5 minutes before the same thing happens so looks like this update did not fix the problem I am having

I loaded the update 3.3.3 last night was able to play for about 20 minutes and then I got again ( Connection Lost ) now when I log in I can only play for about 3 minutes and get connection lost and anything I do is not saved so the fix did not fix my problems.

There is an update available as of yesterday. Seems to have fixed the lag issues. I don’t remember it ever moving this fast in a LONG time. Coin Collector 3000 still has issues causing the app to crash, though.

Since they’ve identified the problem, is it worth another player reporting? It took 4m 19s before my splash screen went away and it showed Quahog, and it wasn’t until 12 and a half minutes before it showed the icons along the left side and bottom so I could do anything, and not all of the buildings had completed loading, yet. That was another 5+ minutes. I can only load on my phone at this point. It only crashes during loading on my PCs.

I updated my Android app yesterday to 3.3.3 was able to play for about 20 minutes the the CONNECTION LOST came up so had to exit game logged back in game did not save my progress then with in about 5 minutes same thing connection lost just like before update so it did not fix my problem

Updated yesterday to 3.3.3 on my Android tablet was able to play for about 20 minutes the the popup came back (Connection lost ) then exit game got back in everything I did was not save an in about 2 minutes popup again ( CONNECTION LOST ) had to exit game . update did not fix my problem. Hope someone looks at my comment

Okay so this isn’t so much an issue etc, but they really need to make it easier to collect/send characters on task for the medals. It just took me a half an hour with the game lag to collect medals and resend my characters. 30 minutes to do that is insane. (About 300 characters).

Haven’t had any crashing issues but overall game performance has declined since this event started, feels choppy moving around my town (Moto G7) but boy what a difference compared to Tapped Out which runs at a nice 60fps.

An Android emulator on PC/Mac like BlueStacks or Nox. It still has the lag/framerate issue but it’s playable. Avoid collecting the coins until you’ve gone to Ollieworld and back to save your progress, as that function can still crash.

I really don’t get how I’m pretty much punished for being a from the beginning player. Third time since February I’ve had to nuke my town down to bare minimum and put all non-in-use characters into storage to avoid the Consuela of Death screen. It’s not a storage thing, I’ve got a ton of free space on this phone. Similarly I don’t get how I’ve been a from the beginning whale of a player in Simpson Tapped Out yet I haven’t had to nuke my Springfield or put characters into storage to let the game function. I was good for a while but then this started creeping back in when the multiverse stuff got added in. Really freaking frustrating when support just throws their hands up and acts like they can’t figure out what’s wrong and just say “we should have your issue fixed soon” when I’ve given them screenshots and described in further detail than I’ve said here. Sorry just really needed to vent.

No worries but I’m glad report they’ve found the issue and a fix is coming….
Tapped Out has it’s own issues for me, constantly get the Bart screen when try do anything but I don’t see it getting fixed.
To be fair both games have lasted longer than I’d have thought….

Oh yeah. I get the Bart screen on occasion. But at least with that I haven’t lost progress. Like I’ll get that screen but anything I’ve collected or characters I’ve sent on tasks are all good. Still wonder if the Family Guy stuff is a weird iPhone X issue because like I’ve said this has been going on for me for a while now. Nuking the town seems to clear it up for a little while. Battery has been acting up and I’m in cycle for an upgrade. Wondering if going to the 11 Pro Max would make this go away. 😉

Will this also fix the tremendous lag issues in iOS? It shouldn’t take 10-15 minutes to check everyone out of QHS and then another 10-15 mins to check them all back in.
