You can now get Law Books in Week 3 from the following tasks: Joe Study the Constitution and Jerome Study the Constitution.
You’ll have noticed there’s no freemium way to get the Law Books needed to unlock him if you’re now in Week 3. I’ve raised with TinyCo, and am waiting on a response. I’ll let you all know what’s happening as soon as I know anything.

TinyCo have listened to your feedback, the poll results and my concerns and have removed the tast requiring you to have Statue Of Liberty Cleveland to complete Part 7 of the main Questline and move on to Phase 3 when it’s released.
The core character of Cleveland is a good buy at 99 Clams if you want him, especially now it’s a matter of choice and not feeling forced to buy him. And he’ll help you complete the Pure Patriots clam set, which will give you 35 Clams back. But as I say buying him is not necessary to progress now so it’s up to you.

Then how do you get Statue Of Liberty Cleveland? That’s the quandary I raised with TinyCo, and they’ve responded that they’ve made him available to buy in store for 99 Clams.
Now, be aware, whether you choose to buy him or not WILL impact on your event progression as you can’t complete the Week 2 main Questline, Freedom Of Speech, without him as Statue Of Liberty Cleveland has a task to do in Part 7.

I’m seeing the full event on following app versions, IOS 1.89.1, Android 1.89.1.
As you know I’ve got other things that need my attention just now so I’m not sure if I’ll get an overview post up for this but I’ll get the Addicts Area post up and I’ll try to push any comments. And I’ll get the main Questline post up and running also. Sorry but as you know the game isn’t a priority at this time.
But let me repeat the good news, there is NO unlock timer for Statue Of Liberty Cleveland!!!
