Hopping by quickly with some details. Seems we went down for just a few minutes then came back online again, but then back down again. Lol. No worries. I am in contact with TinyCo and the Engineers are looking into it.
In the meantime you may see it go up and down, but it will be resolved.

Funny how I was on the last Bertram boss and needed 6 hearts left now it’s not even letting me go in because of the server… Bye bye Bertram and I’m not getting Kirk for sure because of this issue

You shouldn’t have still received this error beyond the 45 mins it hit that day and the 30 mins during maintenance. If you did, something else is going on.

I am still having server problems since Sat. Sent two emails to TinyCo with no response! Just gave up and hope the update can fix the problem!

Awwwww man I was 10 mins away from defeating level 5 bertram so I could unlock uhuru and this stupid maintenance thing started
I needed 30+ dark matter in 2 days so I’m grinding to beat bertram up 2 the 4th level n get the dark matter I need
I worked it out I had 2 beat him at the 1st 4 levels in 48hrs…… So with constantly settings my alarm every 4 hrs I may b able 2 do it with an hr to spare lol
Jus wish there wud of bin an in game notification about it

They should of sent an in game msg 2 everyone as most of us just play the game without searching out info from them on Facebook, im sure they know only a small percent follow their social media and are lucky enough 2 find this site
They had that liam Neeson msg a few days ago wen u logged in, surely something like that saying “maintenance at xx time” would b simple then we would all know
Just seems unfair on an event where battles are timed that this randomly happened, they shud let everyone universally kno through the game
Don’t worry I’ve said all this to them through my game, this is obviously not aimed at u bunny or this site in any way

I get what you’re saying. I wish there was an easier way to spread the word too, which is why we try. I think it was last minute thing they had to do. Game kept crashing yesterday. Those last minute ones aren’t so easy to push a pop up as ones pre-planned. I do know they are trying to find other ways to notify players of game changes as they know in game pop ups aren’t so easy. You can’t see them if you cant get in the game, so another method would still be good to find to relay. For now, its utilizing fan sites like ours and their social network.

I doubt it was only 1% – it happened to me also, so it’s back to the level 1 battle for me too…. So annoying when we are this close to the end and you have planned out every bit of time in order to get the STUFF you wanted before its all over ::sigh::

I was just making a point of me being in the bad luck minority, u have to be really unlucky to have ur 24hr timer run out in that small window of 20 mins or so, does it really matter if it’s 1% 5% or 10% fact is its the minority

Completely unrelated to the replicator but have you noticed the payout rate for clams increased this last week. By that I mean if you are working on unlocking a character such as stewie as I am you can buy each item at a set price that hasn’t changed however. If you go to unlock now it use to be a few percent cheaper than the total cost of clams…now its a few percent more expensive. Is that gonna be permanent or is it just for stewie or a glitch? Thank you bunny and I will be praying for your family.

Are you asking regular Stewie? Or Talosian Stewie? Cuz with Talosian Stewie there was not really a “buy now” option. Just a speed the task and offer to get now on the tasks. Those payouts varied by the task.

Already obtained talosian stewie just can’t use him yet. Working on regular stewie. I’ve noticed normally to buy items for character early if you unlock now to get the rest of the items it always was a few clams cheaper. But with stewie its the opposite. For example i need 7 blueprints. 1 cost 5. 7*5=35. But unlock now costs 36 normally would be 34.

It varies. I have seen that throughout the life of the game. I usually try to factor in the cheapest option and go that way. Sometimes even speeding a task is cheaper than a straight buy out.

I just rushed betram battle borg combatants since there was only 5 minutes left and less than 10 life points on and right when I was about to kill him with the last person by rushing with clams I got this error. All of those clams wasted and for nothing too this just really pisses me off. And there’s absolutely no way they will refund me them either huh?

Yep didn’t get back on in time and now he’s reset I spent about 30 clams to try and rush him and it was all for nothing.

Tiny co refunded clams to me when something went wrong(can’t remember what) after I sent them a ingame report.this only took about an hour from report to refund .give it a go you never know!

I just re read what you wrote. The Borg Cube drops the Oxygen. The Chips come from the Warbird. You are destroying the wrong ship.

When I click on the emotion chips above Data, it says Borg Cube… But you’re right when I started firing on the warbird, emotion chips a plenty.

I’m thinking of doing a sort of Universal Studio area and creating a different studio tour every couple of months starting with the Star Trek experience, only way I can think to properly incorporated things such as the rooms. Then I can have a general studio tour with my all action sets, a Ghostbusters experience, Monsters experience and so on.

I would have had enough dark matter to get gold Bertram at 1115pm EDT. Now I have to wait til 1145. I need my sleep. Might have to use clams to speed up the process.

Thank you for posting this, it was driving me crazy … I checked Bertram before leaving work to get it restarted during my commute (30 min) and by the time I got home I couldn’t connect, I thought it was my Internet at first and was so happy I cleared out Bertram’s hits before, so as long as everything is fixed by 10:30 Eastern I’ll be good. It would be nice if TinyCo gave us the weekend to finish up everything, especially since adding all that extra stuff that clearly was planned.

When I was in my game…About 30 mins before that. Went down just 5-10 minutes. Then up a bit… then down for the count. Been in contact with TinyCo since first I ran into it.
