Hey there Tribblemakers!
Hot on the heels of a HUGE Event, followed by a Mini-Event, there seems to be even more around the corner. But just what exactly MORE is coming? Well, here is a lil Sneek Peek at an item that we will see first and that will be coming along with all the new goodies just around the corner.
I know MY thoughts on it, but what is YOUR guess? Do YOU know the episode? Do YOU know what this is bringing with it? Let the speculations begin in the comments below.
On top of that, there is an App Market Update for iOS. Once downloaded, it is showing an additional Sneek Peek into June and the possible upcoming Next Big Event. 
So it looks like TWO possible things happening and going to be hitting our game soon and within a few weeks. What are your thoughts on this? Looking forward to something new in June? What all do you think it will involve? Let us know.

Whatever the event is I hope they introduce more outfits for characters that do not get outfits eg. Bruce. Also does anyone notice Peter has a locked outfit in his Facespace page (even prior Star Trek)? Would like to know what it could possibly be.

So I just got another of those “watch this video and get a clam” things but it was spawned by a TV rather than Carl. Could Carl be coming into the game as a character soon?
I will get the bird beard Peter skin unless I am profoundly unlucky. Green and blue finally started paying off, as did fuschia, and now I have just one more pink bird and six more chances to get it (20 minutes, and 8 hours 20 minutes from now).

I think you calculated a little bit. Ends at 3pm PST, 11pm BST (that’s the current UK time zone: British Summer Time)

Looks to me like another mini event before June. That’s a firepole and I could see Mustache Peter like a few pointed out. They dropped the fire station in a long time ago and didn’t do anything with it. I’ve been waiting patiently! Lol
But the Big event looks like a mafia event. I don’t remember the episode/s though. Still. Capo Stewie with a jaunty cap? I’m in 😃😃

This could be another American Dad tie-in. The stripper pole could be for Hayley or Stan. Maybe even a much in demand Cleveland Show event with the pole being for Cleveland Jr. 🙂

So, in watching Brian Wallows and Peter Swallows again, Quagmire puts on a virtual reality helmet and thinks he is a stripper pole but finds out that he’s a fireman’s pole.
It’s funny that this ties into the bird beard mini-event we have going on right now. It would be neat if we got any of these things:

I don’t think it’ll really tie in too much with this episode, though, because there’s not too many things we don’t already have in it.

I dont get any message. My game crashes at load up. Only started doing that after the last update while I was trying to get clams in case I couldnt finish getting the new peter outfit freely.

Sounds like something going on with your device/game. All I can offer is some tips I use when I encountered crashing/lagging. Outside that… contacting them is the next step. Sorry.

By tomorrow I shall have the new Peter skin, but my husband won’t be as lucky. My game is paying off better than his. Only need one green bird and that will be along shortly. Blue ones were the toughest for me. Chris rarely paid off. Hopefully next event is a tad easier.

Well the description is a little off from what I’m thinking, but a The Godfather event? That would be the best thing to ever happen in this game. Hell, I’d go premium for some mafia characters. And maybe Vinny could have a questline. I’ve got my self hyped up now and it’s probably not even a godfather event.

Sorry bout that… my response to another player “hopped” on to yours. That was in reference to someone’s kid nuking their town by mistake. Sorry for any confusion. Internet issues and posting from phone is not being very nice at times.
In regards to YOUR question:

YES. In order to get any glitch patches, new items added to the game, changes to help players, etc… your game needs to be fully up to date at all times. Holding back on the updates will make your game unplayable. Especially during Events. There is a lot of changes and content that are in those files and that need to be initiated by the updates.
If you hold off, you may end up missing out on a huge portion if not all of Events, along with anything else they drop in on us for the game. My suggestion, we use this all the time too, get a Drop Box. You can dump a LOT of photos in there from your device. Takes moments to set up, and can even be synced to your device camera shots. 😉

Can you ask TinyCo to extend the Bird Peter outfit. I’ve been running them constantly and still don’t have them. I feel they don’t drop them enough. It’s kinda BS when I’ve spent so much money on past events and don’t want to spend more just for this. Especially with a new event coming up. Please extend!

These events aren’t always based off of the episodes. If I were to name this event, it would be a rip off of Grand Theft Auto. The “stripper” pole. Even in the description it says “bullets fly, and the body count rises,” and “the dough stacks” and what i personally believe gives this away most, is its use of the term “high life”. High life is a repeated term throughout the GTA games, and is a very memorable quote. So where is this event going? In the world of Grand Theft Family Guy.

I hope this event will be kinder to my wallet. I am quite low on money and I am saving up some for extra items when Arkham Knight comes out. Sadly that will also take up a lot of my time, I hope to fit in the game, but I think Batman may have to come first. I kind of hope that this isn’t the summer event, provided that the theme is that. I wanted another comic con or the Indy based one, I missed those and they looked fun. To be fair, this sounds like a pretty good idea and TinyCo seem to be good at making fun events, if not stressful. I had hoped to use some clams and finish Bird Bears Peter, but I won’t have enough birds to even reduce the cost to my level. I’ll just save them for the event then I guess. I didn’t mind missing Telenovela Peter, as I wasn’t very keen on that, but I liked the episode with Peter’s beard, the items were nice and I would have liked the skin. Oh well, maybe it will return.

Having said that, I went in today and now I nearly have enough birds, if I get lucky with the dropped I should only need one or so of each (apart from the yellow birds, which are done) and I might be able to then but the last ones for a few clams.

Hello ladies, I hope I don’t get a big boooooo for this, but I am excited for another event coming up. I personally like the way this game is done. If the event that’s going on is something that I want, I’m a busy little bee. If I don’t like it I won’t put the effort into it. I enjoy the long events, there’s so much to do and its fun. I love trying to figure out what new deco’s are going to be in my Quahog and the mini events are just as great. Of course there are things sometimes that can be frustrating, with timing or drops that don’t go in my favor. But thats life. That being said, I’m super excited I’ve got something to look forward too. On a different note, Bunny how’s your Mom? I hope tons better.

The mini event was ok. I’m at 19 blue-23fuschia-25 green. The green have been anything but common. Good ol’ Mort has been then one with the WORST drop rate. Confident in clearing the blue and fuschia without having to use clams, going to be mighty peeved when it looks like I’ll have to shell out some clams for a common item.

I’ve always had an obsession with the American Mafia, so if this is a mob-themed event, I’m going to be psyched. Would be awesome to add Frank Sinatra Jr. too.

well, I just wrote them a message in-game, that bird-beard peter event was/is terrible, as i’m still 5-5 birds behind, and think it will be impossible to complete. The event was a waste of time on my side, with no gains on time invested, and after this, i do not really want to go into another event….. after the mini event…. right after a long event…..

I’m doing fairly well on the bird event. I’ve only got a few left and I hope to have them completed tomorrow night. I don’t hink it s a bad event. I like the calm right now. I went nuts during Star Trek so this is a nice break. Look forward to June but I hope it’s a bit less than Star Trek.

The people that think it’s bad are the ones struggling with poor drop rates. I fell asleep once, missing some late night taps and was late to a couple more, that was enough to stop me having any chance when my Fuchsia birds only drop every 1 in 3 attempts the past few days.
The game gets stressful and irritating when things aren’t going your way but when things are working out, it seems fine.
