UPDATE: In regards to the questlines, there was a lock out issue due to the items involved in some parts required Buildings/Decos no longer in the game. They were unable to keep them going as they originally wanted. Sorry. 😦

The lil Birdies are going to be leaving our silly lil games TODAY! Yup, TODAY! So I wanted to bounce by to make sure you all had a reminder to snag some of those items you were debating on as well as finishing up anything else.

With the lil birdies flying the Quahog coop later today, just what will they take along with them? (I thought only Swallows carried things… oh wait… they ARE Swallows. Anyone got a coconut? I want to test something out. 😉 )

DECORATIONS & BUILDINGS
There were some cool lil decorations added to the game with the Event. Some that may look well in many environments around your Quahog, so if you have some spare Coins pick up a few extras for later. Don’t go too wild just yet. We do not know what the next idea TinyCo is gonna launch on us will require, so you may need to still keep some Coins handy for it.
FYI, the Buildings and some Decorations are required to complete the Questlines so make sure you have at least those added to your game just in case.

QUESTLINES
Per TinyCo, if you DO unlock Bird Beard Peter, you will be able to continue on with Naughty by Nature and Watching the Birds. So focus on getting what you need now before it ends in regards to Decorations, Buildings, etc and get him unlocked. Then you can focus on the Questline later.

PREMIUMS
If you wanted to invest some Clams into this Event, you can pick up the “Furballs” from the Extra Timed Questline. You can actually have more than one of these animals, so if you really want… pick up some extras for your “Wilderness Area” or “Zoo Area” before they go with the Event too.
Also if you are still on the fence and your timer has NOT run out for the Fiercest of Furballs Timed Offer for “Bear Man”, make sure you make the choice before the timer hits zero and the offer is gone.
All 4 of them are Decorations in case you were wondering. All are animated too.

If you really want another Costume for Peter and are really close to unlocking the Costume, make sure you decide wisely how to use your Clams if it comes to it to unlock him. Check to see if there is a “cheaper” way. Outright unlock, speed up a task, buy Material from task directly, etc. Just remember, it is your choice to do so.
There you have it. Some cool looking items in a lil Mini Event. I know I stocked up on some of the ponds, campfires, geysers, and trees myself. Oh and those pic-i-nic tables. I really like the Cabin, as well. The Sanctuary too. I really want MORE lil tiny things to decorate with. Hopefully the next time they will bring MORE. 😉

I needed 4 fuschia and my timers were all a few minutes too long. I spent 1 clam a piece to finish them and got 2 birds so I went ahead and spent 30 more to get the costume. 33 clams for what will probably become another pointless costume for Peter… oh well

Just 7 hours/14 clams short on this one. Almost made it though, even with my horrible luck on drop rates, so many 8hr/12hr task fails.

That’s the first small event I’ve failed since I started nearly a year ago. I missed a full set of taps one night after falling asleep early and was a little late a handful of times but looking at the final result it wouldn’t have mattered.
85/85 Yellow 18/20 Blue 16/25 Fuchsia and 28/30 Green. I knew it was over when I needed 15/15 Fuchsia drops so I was a bit lax yesterday and didn’t bother getting up early this morning or I might have had all the Blue and Green birds.
A good example of my drop rate was about an hour ago when I watched the final three 12 hour tasks fail to drop a single Green bird, it made me laugh. Common 0/3, ok then.

15 min to go and still missing 2 blues, 7 fuschia, and 3 greens. Creating a mini event where someone can play each day, and collect during all non 6 hours of sleep per day collection periods and NOT get all of 3 of 4 bird types is terrible. Being reliant on a luck factor isn’t conducive to happy gaming. I get the chance drops for true long term collections such as districts, but for these….anything but common or always is a poor choice.
and for the record, I was never confused on the end time. You explained it right the whole time. Congrats to those that got lucky, empathy for the rest of us who were not lucky. A break might be in order. Not pleased.

Whew! That was as close as I have ever been on time. I just got my last two pink birds and only 22 minutes to spare. A bit my fault on this one though as I started off a bit lazy the first two days.

Yay I have just created the costume with an hour to go XD I was getting worried as I needed 2 pinks to drop but fortunately I got one from Jerome & one from Bonnie at the same time, phew! I didn’t buy any of the premium stuff but I liked the freemium decos like the tree and the picnic bench 🙂

I was able to get the “Bird Beard Peter” this morning. I noticed the drop rate even for the rare items was increased.
I was down to needing the following: Blue 17/20 (Rare), Fuschia 24/25 (Uncommon) and Green 29/30 (Common). They ALL dropped this morning!
I honestly thought I didn’t have a chance until they added Peter’s 6 hour activity to get the Green birds.

By reading the comments.. It looks like some ppl event lasted pass 3pm which is not fair.. I spent 30 clams to get the skin before 3pm.. If I’d known it would last longer I would have just let Jerome and Bonnie finish their tasks.. I only needed 2 more pink birds.. Bummer

Just Got Bird Peter at 5pm Eastern. My cabin didnt drop a bir, and if Lois had not come through I would have been one shy with no way to get the final blue bird in time.
I liked the Star Trek event, really enjoyed stepping ‘out of town’ for a while I found that the Enterprise was way more stable than Quahog or the Multiverse.. I cant remember ever crashing on the Enterprise .

It’s not a game wide release. Just a few tests here and there, so didn’t spread it all over just yet as not everyone will see it. Not til it shows it’s working right anyway.

I’m not after a hand out but feel I am a frequent player. I was happy to spend clams in Star Trek and got almost everything I was after. I do feel things have gone from one extreme to the other. This bird event in my opinion was set too high with the gets in such a short time frame especially given the recent main event.
This will be the first time since the the clown costume I have not got a costume. I have sent in game feedback, I’m sure many others have too. I encourage those that do to be constructive in the feedback as that is more likely to help game improvements.

So I collected all the birds but am currently in the process of creating midlife Lois that won’t be finished until tomorrow. Does anyone know from previous events if it has to be actually created before 3 PDT? I’m kinda a newbie sorry if it’s a dumb question!

Yes. You have to tap on that “create”. How much time does Lois have left? Most are 10 minutes or under to “create”.
(Side Note: Collecting items is not the same as “Create”. Just in case you were wondering. “Create” is the button that shows up in Al’s to actually make the Costume once all the Materials are collected you need for the costume.)

Had one pink bird left but had to spend 15 clams in order to get Bird Beard Peter because if I’d waited the event would of have ended by a minute, so I didn’t want to take any chances of not getting him. Got a few of the all the decorations plus got the animals. Didn’t get the non animated statues though because I didn’t want to waste my clams if they were not animated.

Yay, I got Bird Beard Peter just in time! Having to get up at 4:45AM made getting those last pink birds possible.
What messed me up with getting them was Jerome and James Woods High School were in sync, so the payout was only 1 pink bird between the 2. Once I moved Jerome’s end time to a few minutes later I fixed the problem and got them all.

I could have completed it entirely for free, BARELY, but I lacked one more fuchsia bird this morning, and decided to spend 15 clams to finish him off. Just in case TinyCo decided to pull a “WHOOPS! Looks like we ended the event too early… Sorry, not bringing it back.”
I really hope they aren’t going to start these difficult events/mini-events up again. I’d have been more happy to spend clams on premium buildings with “always” drops than just finishing off the costume with them. They had such perfectly balanced, reasonably-priced events from Halloween through Valentine’s, hate they’re kinda getting a wee bit stingy again. .
Keeping my fingers crossed they’ll add Death soon, his pooch is getting lonely in my Quahog.

I really feel bad for all the support people including the girls here and on the other site. The team at TinyCo are cowards and they let the front line people take the abuse while they hide. I will never spend another dime on this game again.

I don’t think they’re hiding. Just busy. They’re a small group. Makes a lot of sense for them to try to consolidate answers to questions by going through this site, for example. More efficient. I imagine they have their hands full just dealing with individual glitches on some people’s games as well as working out the bugs in new aspects of the game. There are only 24 hours in a day, 7 days in a week. So they have to prioritize and people just have to wait in line.

Only need a few more birds, I do not know whether to spend clams speeding up tasks, then pay the rest, or buy it outright. I would consider leaving it as I don’t think I will be able to add much for the next event, but I would like this skin and I am pretty close, much more than I was with Telenovela Peter. I’ll probably just speed them up at the last minute(well, enough to finish and make it) and hope that I end up saving more than I spent.

Sped up the last tasks that would end afterwards, got a bird on each one, I made a saving of about a clam each on those. I spent clams to make the rest, slightly regret it as he doesn’t seem as interesting a skin as I thought he would be, but I’ll probably feel better about it later.

Wow…my first non completed skin. I took 1 day off after the Star Trek event….totally burned out from basically playing every 4 hours. That one day cost me. I would just pay the few bucks and get it but my wife would kill me. Were leaving for Europe in 3 weeks and the discretionary fund tap is off. 😦 Really had no idea it was gonna be this short of a timer on the skin.

I think many were hoping for a lil more “down time” after Star Trek too. I think several players sat this one out mainly just to take a break from grinding.

I finished 3 pink birds short. This is my first event I haven’t reached the goal. I started playing during Comic-Con with over a week gone by and I still got George Tekai.
I still love the game, but if this is an indication of how events will play out in the future… maybe I will switch to Tapped Out.

Disappointed here. Four hours to go and I don’t see any way that I can make this one, despite efforts, without clams (these birds are expensive – five birds short and it would be 86 clams to complete). Blue birds tick me off – the drop rate was really abysmal – the only saving grace was that it was only a 4 hour job. It just seemed to be a very low drop rate for the “rare” blue bird. These timed events are kinda cool and fun, but I find that I’m often a day short on things (I could have used about half a day more on the Bitch Stewie event). These should be marked as events for the serious (obsessive?) player only – I work from home and can play during the day, but if I couldn’t, there’s no way I could have even gotten this far. Oh well, guess I’ll start getting ready for June.

Do you mean that the new decos relevant to Peter’s birdie quests will vanish from the store at 3pm EDT? I don’t see any time limit indicated for them. I won’t be getting the owl tree or the picnic table anyway – already bought the ones I really like and those two aren’t on my personal want list. I don’t always complete the full quests if I don’t want to do a step. Hasn’t been a problem so far. Will the game explode otherwise? Will my tribbles get kidnapped? Will Locutus’ Borg kitten turn into a puppy? (the horror!!!!) Will I be banished forever from Quahog?

Since I asked you earlier how to get rid of the tribbles I accidentally released from inventory (turned out I needed to wait until District 5 to successfully return animated decos), I should tell you what happened to my little tribble family of 5. I can’t return them to storage now- they have names. There’s little Blondie who pays no attention to me at all and her lively beige sister Tofu (my favorite) who has the most persistence and sense of adventure. Then there are the less focused brown triplets Dagwood, his brother Dagwood, and his other brother Dagwood. They will be wandering free forever in my Quahog now. Fortunately Rupert had them spayed and neutered before he sold them off from his mystery box, at least usually tribbles are born pregnant but I don’t see any population explosion. I am waiting for a veterinary clinic to appear in the store, whatever will I do if little Tofu gets sick?

I dunno. Tribbles look like furry leeches and probably taste that way…. Little Tofu would give any obligate carnivore a run for their money, I’m sure. She’s fearless and tough. But I will indeed be careful of the zoo, as you suggest. Fortunately, I don’t have enough clams for the Mountain Lion. I would worry about him gobbling up more than tribbles. Might have a ghost town by the end of it. Peter looks like a tasty morsel, especially with the birds in his beard.

I do want to get this skin for Peter, since it’s from one of my fave Family Guy eos, but the birds haven’t been dropping that great for me, especially the blue ones. I still needs 3 blue birds and two pink. The pink birds obviously aren’t going to happen since they require 8 hour events, but hopefully between 4 hour tasks for Lois, Chris and the cabin I can pick up the last blue birds. Given the drop rate I was getting, I’m not too hopeful and am resigned to spending a few clams to get Peter.

No bird beard for me, my first skin fail. 2 fuschia birds short. Thought I had a shot, needed 3 but only 1 dropped from my last 3 chances. Thoroughly Disgusted with this event. Another week of disrupted sleep for nothing, was on non stop. Not spending clams on this, just spent a fortune on Star Trek.
Good to see some people got the skin. I still can’t believe how the game differs from person to person with drop rates, makes no sense to me.
If TinyCo continues with more of these timed grinding type events, I’m done. They are not fun or entertaining, and the disrupted sleep is not healthy.

Really? I took the weekend of and barely tried and got him today. I really only disrupt sleep at the end of events and normally not mini ones. It is partly luck, but I mean, if you set your task right you can, for the most part, wake up at the normal time and the longer task will just be finishing. This mini-event didn’t really seem like a grind event to me. Was kinda boring though, but maybe that’s just cause the skin isn’t too exciting for me.
Does anyone else think Peter looks like he’s wearing a yamakah with this skin? I don’t know why, but that’s what I see.

If it didn’t follow the grind of Star Trek, I would have viewed it a lil differently… like if they waited another week to do one… but it’s draining many players to have one grind after another.
But I am excited to see what comes next. The “Event” per the iOS and now Android isn’t til June. What’s actually Next (from spoiler image)… I am hoping is another District. Slow going and take your time on. 😉

What I dont get is why these people continuously (not just once or twice but always) put on these events that are frustrating to players. We let them know, we mention it in comments, we tell them in the game yet they continuously screw us over and over and over again. Who is in charge over there? Who makes the decisions? Why does this keep on happening?

Okay… since you all are continually asking. I will step outside the box and I will break this down. Keep in mind, this is MY opinion. From MY experience in gaming as well as dealings with the gaming industry over a period of… well… along time. That coupled with everyday corporate and small business life and jobs. 😉
I get it. This isn’t the only game I see the “limited time” “Just this weekend” kind of thing happening. It’s actually going on right now too in the other game we write on. Happens there all the time as well. “3 day sale, 7 day sale, Gil Deal, episode tie in.”
My professional opinion from advertising/business standpoint??… “Impulse Buy”. Every Company in existence I have worked for or that I also see just in everyday life by grocery or clothing shopping has those “lil bobbles” they will dangle out to entice people to come on over and stay a lil longer. The “Sales”. They are a business, they do need to make money, so they will find ways to make sure their overhead is covered.
I tag this particular behavior like the events in gaming as “play for it or pay for it”. I know there is a more technical and precise term, but my thought pretty much covers what it is. We will have times were just regular “time wasting” play comes in and we can just pop in n out at our own leisure, time, and when we feel like it. That’s fine for us… not so good for a business or their bottom line. Just like any store, they need “foot traffic” or they will fail as a company and no longer exist.
The “play for it or pay for it” behavior is set to keep you in the game…daily. If you want it, you have to work for it aka “play for it”. This can be time consuming and for most means you have to be in your game… a lot. If you just want it RIGHT NOW, then then instead of “Play” you will “Pay for it”. Open up your pocket book, turn over your cash, and get the item you want. Not so fun for those of us, like us Addicts, with a life/full time job/etc to have to spend a lot of time in a game. So that is the trade off. Do you spend the time or spend your dime to get that item? Do you appreciate that company enough to pay into it to keep it alive? Or do you allow it to fail and go out of existence? Also, it is a game. Games are supposed to have a bit of challenge. So there is a fine line balance they have to play with. What do their players want? How much challenge? When is too much? That’s hard as we as people/gamers vary, so the results will vary. So they have to tweak n tweak n tweak til they get it as close to “OK” as they can. I expressed directly to them my thoughts on the “challenge” level of Star Trek. Feedback in a constructive way with stats and facts I feel really help them to visually see my thoughts.
I see this behavior with a lot of companies, like cell phone companies for instance. Hype up something, make you “think” you need it NOW… so you cough up the extra dough to get it NOW. When if you would have waited, spent the time, then you would have had it still… but at a much less cost. Look at the iOS devices for example. How many times do you hear “this is the best one in existence… you must get it NOW” but a month later the “s” version or another color is released that is better and the one you spent $600 on is now only $199 or Free? But again, that company is relying on the small handful that “BUY NOW” to help keep them as a surviving business. If they give it all away Free or discounted, a company they will no longer be.
You see this in games. Here, TSTO, pretty much most games in existence including App and in home game systems. People panic thinking they HAVE to get it and get it NOW, so they pay the price to get it NOW. Those that wait, put in leg work and time, they get it for much less if not free.
This is why we came into existence. We, as players ourselves, ran into this ourselves. That weekly dilemma of what to spend and when to spend it and is it worth it. So we went looking for help. Help we had found got shut down and we ended up starting our own “helpline” if you will aka the Addicts. We try to let people know what to expect. What we personally feel in our minds is worth it. Try to help redirect the “panic” so people know they don’t “HAVE” to get it now or waste money if not needed. But the option is there for those that WANT to spend. We still invest in the game as long as we do see potential, it’s not perfect by any means… but neither is the other one going on 3 yrs. So we keep hoping that with being vocal and having someone listening… we can help get as much change as possible that would benefit players. But in the end, we do also know the company must survive. Without income, without some source… it will cease to exist. So you have to know there will always be those trade offs. The cool “at your own pace” mixed in with the “play for it pay for it” times. Do they do it right?? … So far it still leans more to yes than no when compared. Still a work in progress IMHO. Still some tweaks Myself and Alissa would like to see on the Premiums for AFTER the Events. I’ve seen changes for the better over time, but will keep being vocal on a few more things I feel will help players overall. Do we like the drop rate variables? Long winded explanation made short… I’d prefer it be changed a lil more. I get it, I get why they do it, but I feel tweaks to it can be made and it still kept close to “their thing” that they made for “their style” of gaming.
I know personally the grind of Star Trek wore many out, so this “Play for it or pay for it” seemed too soon not just only on pocket books… but mentally too. So it is also really impacting overall feeling right now too. They really need to offer an “at your own pace” soon to allow players some down time and to catch their breaths. I am hoping that is what is next. Waiting til June for another grind and high impact is a good idea.
We saw people stating they were bored and they want more high pace. We saw people stating they had “TOO MUCH” left after Events so stop giving them so much. We saw people stating they wanted a MORE Challenging Event. Then we saw all those “complaints/suggestions” turn into something not so liked or wanted anymore. Lol. Again, it’s that fine line you have to walk. When do you say enough? When do you just leave it as is? When do you change it? Can’t please everyone. Impossible.
I get upset at things, I get angry, but I have also learned there are always better ways to handle and approach situations. Yelling and screaming never got me anywhere in life. Made things worse if anything at all. If I want a change, I make a presentation for it. Showing stats, details, thoughts, point of views etc. All laid out to show why I feel it is “wrong” but at the same time how I feel it can be made “right”. I’ve found an amazing success rate approaching it that way with any business. People too. I think if people came here to see our posts with nothing but us Addicts yelling, screaming, swearing, sparking flame wars, lighting the torches, etc… OUR site would fail. Turn into nothing but a hate/anger filled “troll haven”. There’s plenty of that already online. I prefer helping and happiness to hate any day. Instead we try to offer an alternate look and view. A different way of gaming. Ways to approach a business as a business. Ways to get thoughts heard. Ways to HELP fellow players. It may not be what others want or are use to, but it is OURS. Nothing in life is perfect. No game will ever be perfect. Too much diversity in the world and there should be. If we were all robot drones, life would suck. Plain and simple. So be different, but still be respectful when doing so. Know what you may hate, someone else may love. Want a change? Make a change but in an appropriate way with EVERYONE in mind. 🙂
I could go on for a long time on this. But I will stop here. It’s at least a general “overall” of my personal thoughts of any game including this one. My opinion on it all anyway. To give more in depth thoughts, details, and reasoning would take a very very very long discussion. 😉

Actually unless you got extremely lucky it was a pay for it or pay more for it event. Many people were collecting diligently the entire event, my self included and will still come up short. 8 pinks for me have had all others for a day and a half or more.

Like I said, they aren’t all perfect. This one I am still seeing players get him. More and more reports every time I refresh that more players got him. They varied on the drop luck and time spent on game too. I got him in MY Freemium, just this morning. So they definitely made it cut close…as it seems they always do.

It’s always been a game of chance. So luck is always a part of it. That’s true for many other types of games also, such as Candy Crush or Solitaire or Tetris or Jewel Quest. Some skill involved, some decision making required, but a lot of luck involved also. That’s why I might be playing one level in Candy Crush for weeks, waiting for a luckier board.
The freemium games make their money (and keep those game levels and enhancements coming, since developers need to eat and pay bills and be ready for retirement and emergencies and (gasp!) take vacations) because a certain percentage of people get impatient and will pay to advance faster or to do new things. Those people are letting cheapskates like me enjoy the game, too, because they make it profitable for the developers. But there are things I can’t do because I won’t pay. Not a problem. Plenty of free stuff to keep me busy. The developers have to walk a thin line sometimes, figuring out the proper balance to keep the cheapskates happy (so we tell our friends, increasing chances for a paying customer) but also giving the non-cheapskates good things to spend money on. So if something real bothers you about the game conditions, certainly tell them. That’s useful feedback for them. But don’t expect them to remove luck from the game or to give us access to everything for nothing.

I agree with most of what you are saying regarding this matter, however there is a pretty large distinction between play for it or pay for it and “just about impossible to get without paying for it” as this mini-event has been.

And for what it’s worth, the Star Trek event pushed me to strictly freemium player (after successfully getting money refunded by Apple after being blown off by TinyCo) and this mini-event pushed me closer to moving on entirely.

I get that. I do. Trust me. My thoughts were more an overall. That’s why I said this one, in my opinion, followed Star Trek TOO soon. Many are still getting him, but a lot of “grinding” and luck involved. Not what people look for after just coming out of a MAJOR “grinding” Star Trek Event. This is a typical Weekend “mini-event” for them though.

Heres the thing regarding “play for it or pay for it” and this was the case during Star Trek as well as this Bird event. You should NOT have to be a diehard, set an alarm, set a 2 hour timer to get things in this game. If you do decide to do that, it should be easy for you because you put the time in. But most (Id say 95% of people playing) are not that diehard. They have to work, have families, have to sleep etc. Im a diehard but my girlfriend and mom for example arent. They played 3-4 times a day as they are able to and have since deleted the game because it was too frustrating to accomplish anything during the star trek event. Is this what TinyCo wants? Well there are two customers they dont have anymore and im sure they arent the only ones.
The Star Trek event was absolute trash past the overall concept and design (which was brilliant I might add). We knew week 1 with that event major changes needed to happen and yes they tweaked it in week 3, but it wasnt enough and they seemed to undo anything slightly positive in the final week with a poorly organized and executed roll out of the two new characters. Like who decides its a good idea to have green ore extra rare for a borg cube when anyone can see people need it? Throw in the fact that most people DID pay to play for characters that were absolutely useless by the end of it, and you get frustrated people. This bird event was a catastrophe from the getgo and people knew it on day 1 when we saw how poor the drops were for items and how many of each you needed.
Your right in that TinyCo does make changes and I suppose its wrong for me to say that they dont listen. I just dont think they “get it”. They dont have a good feel for the pulse of their players or what they want. When you have thousands of social media posts all saying the same thing throughout multiple events, its not us, its them and they need to recognize that because they need us more than we need them.
As I said, I feel bad for you guys and appreciate what you guys do. I think TinyCo gets let off the hook while you guys and the group over at the Tips page take the brunt of the anger. This game is over a year old and people shouldn’t be having the kind of issues or feeling the way they do about it and TinyCo should be working towards fixing that instead of rolling out another District or event they cant handle.

And I get all that. I do. Don’t pass me over just because I’m not vocal here about the recent event. Alissa completely stepped out of it if that gives you an idea. Don’t mistake our silence for us not still hard at work behind scenes. Our eyes our wide open …always. Our money is going in this game and I want to be sure it’s for a good reason and also feel I’m getting what it’s worth.
Yes they are a year old… but I look at more than just that. An overall of all things done since. Compare them to the other game too. (TSTO/EA had to shut down and pull the app out of the market for months it was so bad the first year. Android waited a year before even getting to play it too.)
They’re not perfect by all means, but they’re also not the giant EA is. I think that’s a plus and minus. Plus that they’re more willing to learn and listen. Minus as they may not have the man power or backing that the Giants like EA have to get things resolved quicker and more efficient.
I want the game to succeed. I want the lil guys to give the big guys a run for their money and hopefully level the playing field to open more options to gamers all around. Not just for their company. We now even see changes in TSTO that mirror things TinyCo started in this game. It makes me giggle that even the Giants are taking notice of some good ideas they do have.
I see a lot of good in Star Trek, but I saw bad too. You’d die if you saw our emails right now. Lol. We are honest, blunt, up front… but to those that need to hear it. 😉
We do take a lot of the heat ourselves as well as the other gals (and guys) over there too… as I think due to we are easier to reach most the time. No waiting for an email or message. More instant. That and trolls will be trolls. Lol. But it’s those we are helping I’m more focused in. Hatred comes no matter where you go. Its sad but true. People assume we’re easy targets, so we do what we can. Get strict when needed. But I still see the good we do… that keeps us going. I hope things are much better another year from now. Only time will tell. 😉

Which is precisely what they were hoping for. The event was purposely made the way it was to get people so close to completing it that they are will to spend real currency to complete.
I’m not assuming you spent real money…but certainly many did in order to get what was at least in appearance a freemium event.

Not really, plenty of players were able to get him wihout clams. Mostly you see the people who only **** and moan in the thread. I never buy clams, I save them up. It’s a game. You don’t have to play. Only the too serious players get upset about drop rate and time. I used to be one. Remember to breathe, it’s a game.😉

I think you should extend this through this weekend. With all the severe weather last week in the middle part of the country lots of people didn’t have internet or electricity for that matter.

I feel this quest was an absolute joke. I have been sending round the clock and got 12 blue and 12 fuschia for my efforts. No real money for you Tiny co… I need over 350 to complete. Not gonna happen.
