I would love for them to fix the game because the last two events been kicking me out a lot and I can’t stay in and get things done because of the game kicking me out I wrote them though my game but I can’t get to where I need or get things on time because of this plz ladies if u can talk to them thanks love the game and u ladies do a lot to help us think they need to give u ladies free clams every month for help us with the game

That is something that is a case by case basis. There are a lot of factors that can cause game crashing.
These are all the steps I have taken to help my games not crash…

Hi! I’m just wondering if anybody else’s Xp have reached MAX. Mine there around Christmas, but then I was able to level up again for a few weeks. Now is back to MAX.

The last two events (star trek and firefighter) have left Me frustrated. With the star trek event it wouldn’t let me upgrade my warp core past level 4 and everything in my opinion took way to much time with super little pay off. Same thing with the fire fighter event . tiny co really needs to fix this. Plus there is very few characters in each event that actually do actions that give you stuff to progress in the quest line while you have all these other characters doing nothing. It almost seems like you are being required to buy clams to even be able to do the events and achieve anything . which is unfair and frustrating. Tiny co really needs to fix this before there next event .

First, thank you and congratulations for all your effort and help on this game, your tips and support have been invaluable since I started playing.
I’d like to make a suggestion to TinyCo, I think you girls are the best way of making it reach them and besides i’d lile to see what everybody else thinks.
Right now I have close to 8 millions coins, I know is something that is troubling our community, so my suggestion is to bring to the game the American Native’s Casino of one of the first seasons of Family Guy. There you can use coins to play lottery or games so you can win clams, rare buildings, characters, skins and decos, even from past events in the game.
That it is, what do you think? May tinyCo be interested?

It sounds like a cool idea that could even be introduced with in an Event. I would highly suggest sending it to them from your in game messaging. They may not respond to all suggestions, but they do read them. 😉

There needs to be a cancel action function. I have stopped putting my people on tasks not related to quests/events, since the events often come out of nowhere with no advance notice, and very limited time (especially if you’re not spending clams on them) so you really need everyone on it. Especially since they change with NO notice who can earn event items (I rely a lot on your wonderful site for these) even in the middle of events. I don’t need the coins or xp, but it would be nice to see some of the nice visual actions that folks have without worrying whether I will miss out on getting something else when I do that.
I know you can rush for clams (at a much more reasonable rate, usually, than TSTO), but I mean a cancel action, or a workaround cancel (the way TSTO has for everyone but Homer or Lisa (and even them, if they’re inside a non-“essential” building). No clams, but also no payout, so if you had 5 minutes to go on a 24 hour task, you get nothing from cancelling it. I’ve let them know as well, though I’d be curious as to your thoughts. Ideally it would be hidden in a menu or something, so you couldn’t reasonably accidentally do it.

I totally agree, every once in awhile I’ll accidentally pull over the wrong action…U know what else I’d LOVE??! Option to turn the rent off!!! I suggested it in game and got a polite thank you but didn’t sound promising lol. I hate those little circles and HAVE to click them away so I can see my town but I don’t need the $ or exp like U don’t (and prolly most of us here lol)

i am loving the free clams from watching the commercials😁😁😁😁 got a ton if clams. which i use to hopefully get firefighter seamus! i am trying to speed up things, but truthfully i have not been on my “a” game since that star trek event😐 that really messed me up.

One more idea is to have a tom brady premium character available for a week with a funny deflate gate storyline. Since he’s been on the show and on Ted 2.

HI everyone, while I’m watching “Road to Germany” I was thinking that a great new theme would be a Back to the Future theme as they made a few references in the episode and has poked fun at Michael j fox a few times. Any thoughts?

I was thinking about previous events and I remembered one thing from the Valentines event. I couldn’t unlock some of the prizes from sending characters on dates, for example, I didn’t have Stewie back then so I couldn’t get the popcorn pit for Brian and Stewie’s date. I am on Android and I remember they found a bug that prevented Android players from sending Peter and Lois on a date together. They did drop an item, I think it was a couple’s bedroom. They said that they were trying to fix it, but nothing ever actually came of it. It had not been fixed by the time that the event ended, and so us Android players never had a chance to get it.
I had completely forgotten about it, some form of compensation(perhaps giving players the item anyway) or at least an apology about the problem would have been nice.

That is the random Clam generator they are testing. Tap on it and let us know if it works for you. If it is successful, they will launch it game wide to all players. 😉

Pretty much everything about this game is annoying the heck out of me. Starting with not properly saving game state upon exit, continuing with frequently tapping stuff that I didn’t want to, over to accidentally picking up and moving characters while wanting to scroll the map… argh! And the tedious grinding through the current uninspired event doesn’t really help.

I want to be able to buy fire sprinkler systems for my buildings with coins. Flappy Jack’s is up in flames for the third time today. Likewise the police department. I just let the fire department burn, really, they can help themselves.
Sprinklers, people. We need sprinklers! Or at least let us distribute a few of those hundreds (thousands?) of fire extinguishers we keep accumulating from stamping out those #$&@#% brush fires.

I have been trying to buy Cleveland with clams lately and it doesn’t show up anymore. I didn’t have the game when the event was going on to unlock him so I wanted to buy him and I can’t. Does anyone know if they are going to have another event to unlock him or anything cuz I really don’t want to miss out on that.

Has anyone had any luck contacting TinyCo through their game. Getting zero response from them about a glitch I am experiencing where the 10th district won’t unlock. (The 11th has though). Tried using their contact support page on their website but that didn’t seem to work either. Bit frustrating.

You kind of answered your own question. The District is 11 only in that it is the 11th released, not in order of progression. As it’s an extension of the Blimp District (9) …Fine Arts District has to be completed fully to move on to Pawtucket District.
As far as contact, through your in game messaging is the best way.

OK, so I take it they changed the trigger when the 11th district came online as the 10th district was there for a while before the 11th appeared. Thanks for letting me know, is a shame support couldn’t have just told me this weeks ago when I sent them a message in game.

I am sooo glad the mystery box has a freemium version, because the only thing I wanted was the cat in the tree, and I have a fire hydrant, a firefighter, and a boat, none of which I really wanted, although the boat is pretty cool. On a positive note, I don’t have to worry about getting them again, but there is now a time issue! *chuckle*

Hope you got the cat. That’s all I wanted, too, but ran out of time. I even did the math to see if I could use my tiny stash of earned clams to speed up training to get a fifth draw from the box, but so much work and clams for a 50:50 chance wasn’t worth it. Might have managed except those darned yellow alarms depleted my store of gas cans, so I would have needed to speed up the regular firefighter training as well to keep supplied to train captains. If it was for a sure thing (sixth draw), might have done it. Not for 50:50 chance…. Maybe they’ll recycle kitty in the tree sometime.

All I want is a button that collects all the $’s from buildings with one CLICK, aaaargh my whole life is spent click click click click clickin’
When I wake up I have to click the alarm off, then I click my razor on to get a shave, then I click my tie on coz I can’t be bothered to tie it, the TV remote clicks so I can watch the news, the little switch that puts the light on in the fridge clicks as I open the door for the milk for my coffee from a jar who’s lid clicks as I close it, my key clicks as I unlock the front door and clicks as I unlock the car door (remote central lockings bust) there’s a big clunk click as I put my seatbelt on and then there’s umpteen click click click click click as I turn left then right then left again before getting to work, the tea machine clicks as I insert my money and the computer keyboard makes annoying clicks all day while I type this annoying message, then back home the endless run of Family Guy game clicks start all over again 😦
Please TinyCo relieve me of this endless clicking by adding a button that I need only click once, yours clickingly the demon clicker

oh my god! few days ago, I accidentally bought the firepole 4… I sent them a message about it (if it can be reversed) and today I received 150 clams back and I get to keep the pole (they said they usually don’t refund accidental purchases, but they did it for me).. is this cool or what?? this game has the best customer support!

I found this cool little thing you can do in district 9. I almost have Tom Tucker and I only need 1 more microphone and it is the only thing not in the Tom Tucker mystery box so after everything needed for him was out of it I was able to get all of the clam items. I spent 300 clams but if I had bought them normally I would of spent 2915 clams! Such a bargain! It is pretty cool. Did you try this? It saves you alot of clams.

Side note tho I don’t know if saying this before made it happen or not but we can buy a vehicle that moves on our streets with coins instead of claims…YAY!!! =) I’m really hoping it’s not a 1 time thing but that it keeps happening throughout the game so that we can always buy the awesome things with coins. That makes this gal very happy! =)

WTD – I have been working on the whole Pawtucket quest line and was going to have Stewie capture another Chumba Whomba. One of the fire monsters came up and flamed my CW and it disappeared. I looked around and found a CW to capture; don’t know if it’s the same one that moved or a new one as I usually only see one respawn at a time.

Don’t care for this event at all. Too much to do to get something good. Overwhelmed & over it! Really hope the game gets to a point we don’t have to play it non stop to get the things we want that would be so wonderful!

And this event has been the easiest by far. I’ve been playing it super leisurely which I don’t normally do and both skins have been very easy to get. I’ll open one mystery box in two hours (or when I get up more likely) which will be my first one. So, I’ll miss out on a few mystery box items, true, but you can’t get everything if you don’t put the time in. Though I’ll still end up with the vast majority.
