Bouncing by to give a bit of Clarification for Players on the latest Updates.
iOS now has an Update 1.9.5 in the Apple Market to install to your devices. So for those that wanted to have access to their iOS devices, you can go download the install.
Here is the catch though… there is also ANOTHER Patch for Android coming. It is not in the Google Play Market just yet. So, you will now be back to a similar situation as before.
If you Update iOS, you will NOT be able to access your game on any Android Devices nor visit any Android Neighbors in your game. You will have to now wait until Android gets its next Update too. (Currently Android is on Version 1.9.1)
So keep an eye out and decided WHAT device you want to play the game on and know by Updating one, you will be disabling the other until it’s Update.

I have 9 goons and no purple or gold vans to use them on, I can’t hire any masked goons to complete challenges because there is no more room, unless I buy more trailers.
Have the vans now stopped, and how can I get rid of the goons ?

Android user here. I’ve updated to 1.9.5 and the mansion is still “coming soon”. I have the option to purchase Fort Knox and several characters have new actions.

The most odd thing happened a little while after I posted. It finally let me update the mansion! Mind you I was stuck with both quests open saying to update the mansion. I had tried clearing my device, resetting the game, and restarting my phone all before posting in the first place (I originally assumed it was tinyco being behind on implementing everything for android). I hadn’t finished any new quests either. The only conclusion I can come to was that it might have been a bug with the limited time quest. Either that or just my weird luck.

My husbands cookie crumble pt 7 just keeps cycling. It has the convo with Cleveland jr and Lois then the box pops up with the tasks but they are already checked off. Then the scene starts again. He’s level 48 and playing on an iPad.

Is it just me who cant find the week 3 update in Google play store? I’ve completed cookie crumbles apart from upgrade mansion. Im slipping down the leader board while waiting for something to happen!

Try restarting your device and looking again in there. Also try to go to “My Apps” and see if it already upgraded for you to 1.9.5

Looks like it is still 1.9.1 version. I have re started my device but still no luck. I have sent message through game but no reply as yet. Have you any more suggestions please?

Then you need to be on Version 1.9.5. If you are restarting your device, going to Google Play, and STILL not seeing the Update there… something else is going on with your device. You may want to just go to the Apps Main Page… or if needed… if you game is saved to an email or Facebook do a complete uninstall/reinstall of the game.

Got the 1.9.5 now but still no progress even after re starts. I’ll try a new install and hope that sorts it out as I’m already a day behind. Thanks for your help.

Installed the IOS update… Now my game is crashes even faster then before. -sigh-

ONE PLAYER’S OPINION: I personally think TinyCo made the right call here. They listened to our concerns and replied “…we’re taking a close look to make sure that players are where we want them to be progression-wise… we are looking into the Tuba situation…” They did exactly that and rectified the situation so that we could all move on to the new content. I get frustrated at times with the game, too, but usually if I’m having an issue, a multitude of others are experiencing the same thing. If you send them a reasonable, coherent message stating your concerns, they will generally get back to you and look into it. But what do I know?… I’m just an “Addict.”

Looks like they just changed part 7 of the “Cookie Crumbles”
It still has, “Have Lois Find Cleveland.”
I had Lois do this task last night but it reset, so I had to do it again.
But removed: “Have Cleveland Jr. Moo When Scared” and replaced it with “Have Bonnie Look After Cleveland Brown Jr”
So FYI, Cleveland Brown Jr is no longer required to progress into week 3’s quests.

There we go, managed to avoid the glitches and crashes in event so far but in Tinyco’s effort to affect everyone, the latest android update 1.9.5 has seen me locked out “there was a problem loading the game. Please try again.”

Just logged in and Cookie Crumbles part 7 appears to have changed. It now has a Bonnie Quest to look after Cleveland Jr instead of requiring him to Moo. Also had to redo the Lois portion I had already completed, but this is an improvement if you ask me.

Something has happened in my game. “Cookies Crumbles Part 7” has been changed to Bonnie looking after Cleveland Jr instead of the Cleveland Jr task (since no one has Cleveland Jr I guess). Of course, I had cleared the part where Lois had to find Cleveland, but that has gone back to me needing to do it again. Hopefully these tasks will launch the new stuff so I will have it by the morning. That’s all I can see new so far.

Tiny Co is ticking me off. First the crap with the bonus quest for the prize and changing it after it started. Then not being able to get tubas. Now they change the main quest line. I’m on part 7 and was an hour from finishing it and now they change it and I have to do it all over again. Waste of frigging time. Could have had it done if it wasn’t for this change. Getting fed up with them being unprepared when things are released. And I know I’m not the only one.

They changed it so all the Players with issues on the Tuba drop would NOT need Cleveland Jr to progress. Sorry you got caught in something that will actually help a TON Of Players progress.

OFF TOPIC here, Obi-Bun 😌 decided to do something productive since I’m not really playing any more. I picked up dark chocolate chips, white chocolate chips and real BUTTER… Now I have to find Macadamia nuts… Guess what I’m doing and also, is the ‘about’ address the correct one to send to?

Sadly, the tuba drop rate still sucks. I open a contact with them 5 days ago, and only received a bulk response and this afternoon someone sent a message don’t even bothering to read my messages. Every event is the same bs, they make an amazing first week, just to screw it all on the second week. The event will again be fun at week 4. This was the last time I bought clams, i honestly had enough

Yeah, the bulk messages start to pop up then they stop responding altogether. They stopped responding to messages sent via email too. I guess they only way to communicate my issues would be by calling them? Lol

Bulk response means there are THOUSANDS of emails in queue. Of those, many probably just complaints or issues already handled… so they do a “culling” if you will of the messages. Clearing out quickly all those that do NOT need help any longer so they can jump on the ones that do and need the focus on them.
Short story long… regardless if the message is automated or not… respond to ALL messages sent to you by them to let them know to keep you in queue. Keep in conversation until the issue is fixed you are having. 🙂

Anyone wanna make book if it is even possible to do clam-free by then without additional tasks or another TinyCo revision to the definition of “uncommon”? I am averaging less than one tuba a day. With 21 days left, it will be close.

I get a Tina every few days. It’s pathetic. I only have 3 tubas. I also noticed clearing the purple cookie truck doesn’t drop golf balls anymore. Going on day 2 of not a single golf ball drop.

Sooooo frustrating! Waiting on Luchedor things for Tuba drops that don’t happen. I’ve been playing really regularly and I’m at 3/20. I just updated my iOS and took out 2 girl guides and no tubas on either

At exact same time? No. It will know one device is already logged in. You can however switch back and forth between the two as long as the game is saved to an email or Facebook. Then you can just log in and LOAD the saved game file.

I hope this upgrade triggers the increased tuba drops. I haven’t seen any increase as I have gotten one since word went out last night. So that’s four since the task got initiated Sunday. I am trying not to get overly frustrated but the task is so time-consuming (waiting for luchador masks then hiring them), to come up tuba-empty after that is just disheartening. I usually don’t root for TinyCo to change things in the middle of events, but I am hoping the upgrade brings news tonight since it appears so many people are in the same sinking boat.

Do you know if Cleveland’s Casino goes away to something else when we update the mansion to the Fatfather’s Lavish Mansion? I know when we update we’ll get a new type of goon, the Evil Showgirl.
Debating on whether to postpone the update in order to finish an add’l raid.

Sorry, can’t answer that. It is a Player by Player basis you will have to contact them personally on through your game and wait for their response.

I’ve been locked out a week. I only play on iPhone I’ve never used android and I’m still getting Error: Config empty for id oliceStation in FGExpansionMapData
I updated today even reinstalled afterwards, cleared the cache. Tried another device. Nothing works. Still no replies from the help desk either. I’ve spent so much real money it’s just depressing being excluded from the whole new event. =(

If your game is saved to an email or Facebook, I would suggest a complete wipe of the file if you are waiting on them to respond. iOS tends to tuck things away in the Cloud, so you got to ensure what you are reinstalling is actually a new file and not just one pulled back out of the Cloud. Give that a try and see if that makes a difference. Otherwise if its been more than 5 days, email them again help@tinyco.com

I have always wondered about this. When i delete and app it now always has a cloud icon and not just a “Get app” button anymore. Ive been wondering awhile if there was a way to clear that cloud part out, If you know can you enlighten us? Doesnt make sense for it to jsut download the same thing i already have if that is how the cloud works.

There isn’t a way to clear that out. The cloud picture just replaces what used to say ‘Download’, meaning you already own the app. It’s tied to your Apple ID and purchase history, so the only way to get rid of it would be to use another Apple ID. The ‘Get’ button, or ‘Buy’ for paid apps, only applies to apps you haven’t downloaded before.
