Upgrade to the Fatfather’s Lavish Mansion
Game HAS to say it is Version 1.9.5 in the App Market (Android, Apple, etc).
Once that was all complete… the Mansion showed the Upgrade Icon… You tapped the Icon… it completed Part 8… new content progressed.
We are seeing many reports it just is not progressing for Players. There is not a reason why, but info was relayed to TinyCo. They are going to be trying to push a patch shortly to see if it will help trigger the Upgrade for those stuck, so stand by.
Force Close and if needed, restart your device too. Patch should be hitting your games.
UPDATE BUNNY 6/19: Bouncing by for some updates. Reported some issues to TinyCo already and here is the feedback…
Math Books: If you update from the Casino, your Math Book drops option goes, they are working on an alternative there.
HERBERT TASK, Take A Gross Bath, will now drop Math Books (Common).
Geronimo’s Palace: A patch was pushed to help fix this. If you got the 3 stars and did NOT get the Palace (for instance due to a crash), check your Inventory.
YOUR Name: Many will now notice you see YOUR name when in the Leaderboards. No worries. This is just to help those know they are looking at themselves. Everyone else will still only see nicknames.
Mansion Won’t Upgrade: As we noted below, to move on… you MUST update your App in the App Market. So make sure you are on 1.9.5, if not go to your App Market and Update.
Update: There was an issue with Cookie Crumbles questline shifting on many people. Or having players do Part 7 over again. This has been fixed and should be working properly. However, TinyCo can’t re-complete it for players in mass. So if you had the issue please write into TinyCo ASAP and let them know..
In Addition…Cookie Crumbles Pt. 7 has now changed. It looks like you no longer need Cleveland Jr. to complete it (i.e. to upgrade to Week 3). The task is now for Bonnie instead of Cleveland Jr.

Well…week 3 is upon us (finally!) so hurry into your Tiny Quahogs and load it up! It’s time to upgrade the Fatfather’s Compound and see what’s in store for us this week….

For now know that you should have completed Cookie Crumbles Pt. 8 in order to upgrade the Mansion (At least that’s how it should work, if you haven’t completed it and can still upgrade please let us know..)

New Cookie Carrier to “Take Down”
Similar to Cookie Trucks and Gurl Scouts we now have a new cookie carrier to take down….
Cookie Couriers….this guys are on bikes and you’ll need 3 Evil Showgirls to Take them down (details on showgirls below)
Evil Showgirls (the new “Goon”)
This week Evil Showgirls we added to The Don’s Nightclub. Much like Luchadors you’ll need to collect an item before you can create the Showgirls.
To create the Evil Showgirls you’ll need Sequined High Heels. 1 High Heel is required to create each Showgirls.
How do you earn Sequined High Heels? Here’s the breakdown:
-Make Bonnie Buy Gaudy Jewelry (Requires Kumono Shop, 6hrs)
-Make Cleveland Jr Go Shopping (6hrs
-Make Diabeto Go Shopping (6hrs)
-Get from Kimono Shop
-Get from Permanent Mistakes Tattoo Shop
-Get from Burlesque Vanity Set
Once hired they take 45 Minutes to create (or 6 clams to rush)
You’ll need Evil Showgirls for…
-Clearing Cookie Couriers (3 Showgirls to take one down)
-Clearing Obstacles at the Takanawa Family Estate
-Taking down Fort Nox
Takanawa Family Estate
This is the new raid for week 3. This will replace Cleveland’s Casino.
Much like previous raids you’ll need to defeat it three times to start to “optional raids”. Beating it 3 times will be required to complete the questline, and your reward for defeating it 3 times is The Asian as you can see above.
We’ll break this all down in a more detailed post later…
Fort Nox
You’ll find Fort Nox in your store. It’ll cost you 2,500 Cookies to place in your Quahog. It is an instant build.
Once in your Quahog you’ll notice a ! over it. That’s because there are actions you can do at Fort Nox to earn you more Cookies, Mob Rep and Spray Bottles for Mr. Washee Washee.
Basically you have to attack and destroy Fort Nox to earn rewards.
You’ll need to hire the various Goons Available to defeat Fort Nox and earn the rewards.
As you can see from the image above the various goons all do different damage. For the first defeat you’ll need 125 points to take it down. So use combos of the various Goons to hit 125 Points to destroy Fort Nox.
We’ll break it all down in another post, but for now that’s just the basics of it.
And that my friends completes the details for Week 3 of the Mob Event!

This event just seems needlessly over complicated. I can’t be the only one who feels that they are trying to push way too much at a single time here.
Raising the stakes (so to speak) is fine and a bit of a challenge is good, but for the troubles people are having, and the issues that are occurring the game is suffering from.. well… This event isn’t fun. I’m logging in just to cycle goon production on the hopes of getting the 7 remaining tubas (sorry this is a rare/ultra rare item, need 20 and i have pushed out almost 80 for the 13 I have) needed and that still leaves me with 95 gloves for Cleveland.
The 24 hour speed event seems designed to force clam spending. i know it’s optional but springing it on us when most people already may have needed goons working on other things is a bit much. This should have been 48 hours minimum) So now I dread when the 2nd event pops up what will be the requirement, because I’ve already spent my clam allotment for the month.
The fun factor is why I allowed myself to get wrapped up in this game, and until now I’ve been happy, but this event which has the godfather, Iron Mike, Don King Cleveland and finally Cleveland Jr, should be a slam duck and yet, i just feel taxed right now. I know TinyCo does listen unlike other companies, so I hope they see what is happening here.

Only reason I am still playing is because of this blog – thanks! – but I can’t imagine how anyone is getting through this increasingly convoluted event without all the information you are giving us.

I got Cleveland’s skin today and all his tasks are event related. He has a 2hr for six mob. I also got Consuela and I love the walk with the white tigers!!

Previous events like Comic con or Star Trek were really enjoyable and although they had a few teething issues that were tweeked and re-balanced they were a fun experience overall.
I’m sorry to say that I am not enjoying this event at all so far.

Has anyone had a problem with losing the optional raid before it completed? I worked for hours, stayed up all night to get those stupid wrestlers. Spent alot of clams to speed them up. I was on the last obstacle, with 40 minutes to spare and the raid disappeared. Thats alot of time, money, and lost mob rep. I’m starting to wonder why I do this to myself in the name of recreation. Tiny Co needs to fix this.

I upgraded and now i got Mr washee. But now the tubas wont drop at all, since i only get dirty shirts for Mr washee :S hopefully there will be another way to get the tubas soon, since i need Cleveland jr for the tasks in week 3…

They should still drop. Shirts are Common, Tubas Uncommon… so you will see shirts more… but in those spots were the Tuba wasn’t dropping anyway.

Accidentally upgraded the mansion this morning. I was working on my last raid on the casino, still needed one math book for Cleveland JR. I reported it but haven’t heard anything back yet.

I was wondering what might cause me to stop playing this game and I think these Tuba drops are going to be the reason. The fact that I have cleared well over 40 Girlscouts and only have 12 Tubas when you still need the Luchodors for the casino jobs makes this event ridiculous. There’s no way to properly plan ahead when the drop rate on these “uncommon” drops are so low and it takes so long for each one.

It would appear each week this event is going to get harder & more complicated.
This is a troubling trend that started with the StarTrek event and caused me for the 1st time to not be able to complete that event even though I tried hard.
It looks like with this event most people will need to choose what freeium items they do and do not want, and only work on the freeium items they really really want.

11 Tubas still to go and now the girl scouts are giving out dirty shirts, so if following previous updates they will give out either, chris and Lois are needed so no more cookie collecting for them, tubas or shirts, wrestlers and thugs and the now show girls needed to collect stuff and attack the casino, and attack trucks and girl guides and now the same ones fort knox, loads of others not being used and finaly even more buildings and no more land, I have more stuff in inventory than in my town, this is getting tiresome, very close to kicking it into touch, and saying enough is enough, shame as just spent money cir ckamd fir Mike. There are so many others strolling about town doing nothing but every time they insist on using the same ones to do multi tasks at the same time.

I finally had Peter do the Tommy gun thing and completed the Cookies Crumble questline to launch the new questline …. only to find out the first step requires Cleveland Jr. I am sitting on four tubas and can’t generate luchadors fast enough to keep trying gurl scouts. I pay attention to math issues and not drops, but these drops — even since the claimed revision Wednesday night — still don’t seem to be anywhere close to uncommon. And then nothing was done with the update to provide any help. Anyone have any advice short of uninstalling and reinstalling my game (which I have already done in an effort to clear the memory)? I hate to think that I won’t be able to move that questline all week while trying for a second week to get Cleveland Jr.

So… I didn’t know that upgrading the Fatfather mansion would make the casino thing disappear. I wasn’t done with the All In questline, and I didn’t get all the books I need to unlock Cleveland Jr. What should I do?

I have a friend who has not played since AFTER the New Years Event. It keeps telling her to “update” her game. When she does , and then trys to log in, it tells her to “update” again. Any suggestions or ideas? Thanks. 🙂

If it says there is an Update… good chance still on 1.9.1. And if she plays on both, yes… she will need to have both up to date or she will be locked out of the one NOT updated for game play until it is up to date.

I upgraded my mansion but I didn’t finish the casino raid. Now I’m part at cookie crumbles part 8 and it’s telling me to place a decoration that should’ve been earned for completing casino raid part 3. Is there a way to go back to the casino raids?

When you guys have a spare moment ;), can you give us a little info on the Fight Promoter Cleveland skin please? I’d love to know what tasks he has to drop cookies, hats, and any other stuff.
Trying to choose what task to work for is near impossible when you don’t know the potential rewards. Wondering if spending time/cookies on getting gold trucks is worth it or if the very limited resource of the Copahavana queue is better spent elsewhere. I regret buying Cleveland at Halloween for 400 clams as he’s been moreorless worthless, even in that event. It would be great if I can get him contributing now but don’t want to throw good money/time after bad.

Keep in mind WE have to unlock him too. It is time consuming as we have to wait for Gold Trucks as well or spend a LOT of Clams to get 125 Gloves. Patience. 😉

I know the issue, it’s why I made my request ;). For example, in my game I need another 75 gloves or 45 hours to get enough goons from the Copahavana. As you say, that’s a huge investment! Great if Cleveland’s skin can really add to the event, but a disaster if all he has is a few tasks that drop a handful of cookies and hats. Anyway, it was just a request. I do appreciate there’s a huge amount going on in the game for you to cover and am very grateful for the work you do 🙂

You know I would dread Thursdays and Fridays if I were in your shoes! And I appreciate that looking at bugs and any game-stopping issues will take priority too, and there’s been more of those than usual it seems. You both do an amazing job so thanks again for any info you can share on Cleveland’s skin as and when you’re able. TinyCo really should sub you clams because without you many players like myself would be lost and give up.

This is a maddening event… just a whole lot of waiting for henchmen and difficult to complete anything without ignoring other things. I haven’t been able to raid a gold truck all week. I spent a bunch of clams on this event and I’m sorry I did because it’s not helping much. It’s not set up to be very enjoyable – the henchmen timers are ruining it.

I made it to cookie crumbles part 8, but I still cant upgrade the mansion… even though I now have 2 quests telling me to do so. Also I dont know why I seem to be so far behind other people, I bought some “for clams” premium stuff and I play way too much… every couple hours. I think vampires play this game. 😉
Then again I did just start playing during the Star Trek event and am still working on unlocking Stewie. One more rod to go! Ahhh!
Maybe I just need more characters unlocked to keep up. I don’t have Cleveland either, just got Consuela.

Bunny, I’m having the same problem as the above poster. I finished part 7 with no issue and no reappearance of the quest and I have completed the other two tasks in Cookie Crumbles part 8. I messaged TinyCo and received a possible form response that didn’t seem to be directly related to the issue. I can verify that, even on 1.9.5, the game isn’t letting some of us upgrade to week 3 content.
If I can provide more information to help you and TinyCo pleases let me know.

Ok so I got a major problem my game was crashing since the event started and I completed the 3rd star of the casino and it crashed so I got back on and the thing popped up saying I completed it but it did not give me the casino u get after doing it 3 times and it’s not in my inventory and I have contacted tiny co and they won’t answer me so now I can’t complete the task that wants me to place it in my town so I won’t be able to upgrade next week without this casino what do I do this is not good

One thing I gave though about, we now have just under 3 weeks left, with 3 skins to go, I thought we would get one yesterday. So I imagine, either it will be harder to earn them if they release more than one at a time, or at least one of them will not be crafted normally, either it will cost clams(direct buy or mystery box) or a currency box.

I’m glad they changed the Cookie Crumbles tasks because I am still working on trying to unlock Cleveland Jr. Those tubas just never seem to drop, and it takes to much effort to get them (have to spend 4 hours to get a mask, then another hour to turn the mask into a wrestler, and it takes 2 of them to take down 1 girl, who doesn’t even drop the stupid thing every time).
I get 4 masks every 4 hours, which is perfectly timed as I also make 4 wrestlers in 4 hours, which means 2 attempts every 4 hours, and I still need 12 tubas… so this is going to take a lot of time still.
Fortunately, since they changed the task I am now into the Week 3 stuff as well, so I can work on other tasks (and Mr. Washee Washee) while also still trying to get tubas. But then in order to clear the new area I will need to take a break from trying to do so because I need to send mobsters in to clear the first obstacle…

Happy Friday fellow addicts. Anyway few questions that fellow players can maybe answer quicker than TinyCo can, I’ve a feeling it will take them to Christmas to clear their inbox.
Anyway it was nice to see the Cookie Crumbles Part 7 changed to remove Cleveland Jr, but the tubas are still not dropping, wasting so much time hiring Luchadors to get nothing. But once you upgrade mansion, which looks fabulous, you are stalled as main questline Good to be a Gangster needs Clevland Jr to complete Part 1. So can’t progress with this. TinyCo really need make Peter or Chris drop tubas on a short always task to sort out this mess as the adjustment they did has not worked. There is obviously a problem with the uncommon drop so maybe they should remove it permanently. Am I the only one who is struggling here?
Another issue is in my store there was an RV to unlock on completion of Cookie Crumbles quest, it’s vanished, anyone know why? As we desperately need it, there are far too many characters to hire with the limited slots and time they take. We now need hire different characters, goons, luchadors, show girls to clear Gold cookie trucks, purple cookie trucks (for the clear 20 quest), Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, to complete raids, to try get the missing tubas, and now Fort Nox. It’s gridlock, bring back the missing RV please TinyCo.
The leaderboard, I’m just seeing it as bit added fun but the fluctuations in position baffle me so I’m following Bunny’s advice and just sneaking a peak once a day. I would dread be hoping for a Top 100 position, you could go mad obsessing over that.
It just feels bit overwhelming just now, perhaps because I’m suffering with a kidney infection, although all the middle of the night trips to pee are at least letting me earn some extra fedoras from tasks etc. But I’m tired and a few tubas would make me feel a little better I’m sure. That brings me to my last question fellow addicts, is it just my tiredness or is everyone feeling bit overwhelmed at the moment, as I usually enjoy the madness TinyCo throw at us but I’m really struggling with this.

As with all the complaints of other items “LOCKED” in the menu, I feel to stop the complaints… they may have just pulled the RV out completely until it actually unlocks in the questline. Getting clarification on it though.

No, I specifically completed that step then went to go buy it but it was gone. And this was all prior to this upgrade, still had the casino.

I finally got my first tuba to drop yesterday. This makes 1 out of 22 attempts. Is there a fix coming or is this something that I will just have to not have in this event? TINYCO, PLEASE INCREASE THE DROP RATE

So overwhelmed. I want to work on the new stuff so i can be a little more ready for this weeks challenge but i need all my goons and luchadores to get tubas and gloves. Its so hard to know what i should work on first.

Deeesh, i upgraded without finishesing the casino off, now im stuck with 3 quest i cant finish, and no way to get the 11 remaining magazines i need.

I’m glad tinyco changed the questline so people without Cleveland jr could upgrade however you still need him to complete part 1, which need to complete to get the kimono shop. Anyways since I didn’t see it posted 1000 mob rep for buying the giant golden paper crane, can only buy 1 tho.

About 20-25K Clams an Event depending on all going on in it. 😉
But that top spot… it isn’t me. I asked for my info to be removed because I do go up fast. Just spent 20K Cookies and jumped a LOT of Mob Rep.
