Just when you thought there wouldn’t be more… More has arrived… and in a loving way? Looks as though we now have a Mystery Box in our games providing many items from Last Years Valentine’s Event.

What kind of goodies can you find inside the Mystery Box for the cost of 25 Clams? (As I have everything from Last Year, I only had the PDA Couples in my Main Game.) FYI, so far, NONE of these help with Star Trek Event. The only ones I could get more than one of seemed to be the Couples.

Decided to try my luck..I wanted Cupid and Ida, I thought with so much stuff in here It would take forever and I’d be out of clams before you know it but after much luck with the other mystery box yesterday I decided to try it.
1st attempt = Quagmire’s Valentines House (Skin)
2nd attempt= PDA Couples
3rd attempt = Peter’s Wife Cookies
4th attempt = Pigeon Delivery Service
5th attempt = Tunnel of Self Love
6th attempt = Cupid
7th attempt = Ida
and I stopped there so 175 clams spent in total and got 2 characters and 3 buildings so I’m happy

Hi Bunny, long time admirer, first time trying to contact you. I’m stuck, and for a bit of background, I have every area, every main character, tons of earned/bought characters, already had all the Star Wars characters pre-event, for instance
I just decided to buy clams, and went after the Hot Meg character. FINALLY unlocked her (expensive, but they rip Meg so badly, felt bad for her, and that character never got lines in the show), BUT, she’s nowhere to be seen!!! 😦 She isn’t in my inventory, I tapped Meg to finish her job, she’s not there, and she isn’t a new costume for Bulldog Meg either!
Cupid was there, I put him in game and tapped him to unlock him. What do I do with Meg, am I missing something? ?
Thanks in advance, you’ve always helped loads without me having to contact you, but this time I’m totally lost.

If not in Character or Event Inventory Storage check Al’s. If not there message them. Let me know if you find her.

I’ve only been playing for 1 day. I was wondering if there is a way to put the Old Nag’s carriage ride or the PDA couples back in inventory. They are really starting to annoy me (especially the carriage). I can’t seem to find a way to get rid of them.

What District are you on in game play? I ask as there’s a “store” feature that will come into play for Characters and Walking Decorations like those but it doesn’t initiate til round District 4 or 5. Same with Consuela vacuum and other features around 3 or 4.

I’m on District 3 now. I unlocked Al Harringtons but haven’t got past that yet. Only been playing since yesterday. Ugh I hope that option comes soon. This carriage is really annoying me lol

Yah the walking decorations can get in the way. Not too much longer but at least a month or possibly less depending how you play if your only in district 3.

Also annoyed that my Hateful couples walk around making out just like my PDA couples. I may have kept the Hateful one there but they are just the same except for their appearances. Besides that I’m loving the game so far. Spent a little too much money on it today but it was my first day 😂

Rookie question… Is it possible to “win” the hot Meg costume if I haven’t yet unlocked the Meg character?

If you see her in there as an option for you (tap on the green “PRIZES” button), then IF you win her… she will go into Inventory until Meg is unlocked in your game. If you do NOT see her in the Prizes… then you have to unlock Meg first.

i got the Valentine’s skins for the Griffin house, Founding Father, AND Madelien’s Boutique so i’m glad i got those and i’m content lol

I wanted the building skins for the Griffin house and Quagmire’s so I tried twice and got the building skin for the founding father and the romantic thoroughfare, which is a building so that is acceptable. I may try again, I am tired of looking at the building skins from halloween 2014 on the Griffin house, Quagmire house and Swanson house haha but I don’t want to collect as often as the regular skins offer.

I got the Valentine Griffin house on my first go, and Ida (Yes! What I most wanted) on my second. I’ll hold off on the rest for now, but I might try again some other time. Is there any indication of when the box goes away, so that I know how much time I’ll have to consider?

Excited to see this box! Just curious if people are having trouble getting handsome Peter? I know in the mystery box with the cowboy astronaut Peter almost everyone got him as the last item.

This event feels like an app developer casserole. Let’s look in the code fridge and use whatever leftovers we find to put a mini event together. Valentines and Star Trek?
I’m hoping the next event is a St Patty’s day theme.

You do realize the #1 request we get here in the site and see all over is Players begging for Events to be brought back again?
It’s called giving the public what they asked for. Those of us that did it already, we get that 2nd item most asked for… a break. We can play and just coast through if we want.
Not everything is for everyone. Just because you don’t like it does not mean others aren’t jumping for joy. So if it’s not for you… take a break 🙂

I’m actually finding the 2nd go through of the Star Trek event extremely refreshing. It’s nice to get a chance to earn the Herbert costume that I missed the first time around with no stress over unlocking the massive amount of characters/costumes that we already got before. Won’t put many clams towards this event but that’s a nice change after using about 300 on the last event and still only getting through game 6….

I agree. It’s nice to finally be in an event where I’m ahead of the game. I wish Seven and Guinan were characters you could earn. Especially Seven.

So I got Glenda Vajmire and Handsome Peter from this box, but they show up as locked, and I need Peter Griffin and Quagmire unlocked to use them. What the deuce? Peter Griffin’s the starting character! So I’ll send in a bug report on that chances are.

Are you currently creating another Costume in Al’s that is timing down? If so, Al’s can only make one at a time.

I had the same thing. It was because they were on the Enterprise. Once they finished their tasks and came back to Quahog, I forced closed the game and they were unlocked and added.

HOLY CRAP that’s a lot if items for one box … glad I have most of the items, less to spend!
It makes 100% complete sense that not a single item in this box helps with the Star Trek event as they have nothing to do with or in any way associated with Star Trek.

I don’t see the mystery box, also even more annoyed with this money garbbing game to find I was banned from the leader board event. I complained and the ban was lifted and I was warned that i could be banned from the game completely for future infractions.
The only thing is I did nothing wrong and they never explained why I was banned in the first place I only have 7 Latinium bars so how is that cheating when the top of the leaderboards have over 330 already thats cheating.
AS soon as few remaining clams are used up I dropping ths money sucking game for good.

Great mystery box. I didn’t start playing until August last year, so I did not have anything Valentines related yet. Since it was only 25 clams a turn (which is good because the price for any clams are quite expensive in Australia now), I decided to have a few turns. 🙂
I had been wanting to obtain the Handsome Peter costume for some time now (as it was the last one I needed to complete Peter’s costume box #2). I was able to get that and was credited with an extra 25 clams. I also wanted the Tunnel Of Self-Love, as I have a carnival area in my game and am always looking for new attractions for it – I was able to get too. I also wanted the Griffins, Founding Father and Quagmire Valentines skins as well and yes, I was able to obtain all of those as well. There are still plenty of prizes left in my mystery box (around 14 or 15 I think) but I was able to get everything that I wanted out of it in just a few turns. I am very pleased that luck was with me today. 😉

I allowed myself 4 tries to get the cat delivery service, and since I had much of the stuff from the original event, I got my kittens, on the last try! I also got Ida, the Pigeons and the drone. Not bad for 100 clams, since I would have spent that much just for the kittens! *yeah, I am a crazy cat lady!*
