Looks like the final results are in (and a lil bonus, more below). Those of you that were able to place in the top 5000 spots on the Leaderboards will now start to see your Prizes hit your games. I will update more details on them later, but for now… keep an eye out over the next few days for the Prizes to arrive.

Here is how the breakdown worked…
RANK POSITION 1-500 (yes, 500… an oops in Player’s favor, enjoy 😉 )
Borg Rupert (Character Costume, you need Human Rupert to use it)
Bertram (Character)
Borg Puppy (Walking Decoration)
RANK POSITION 501-1000
Bertram (Character)
Borg Puppy (Walking Decoration)
RANK POSITION 1001-5000

***SIDE NOTE: As some seem to have confusion on the Positions above for Prizes. These are RANK POSITIONS on the Leader boards and NOT the amount of Latium you earned. To give you an idea, here’s an example…
Last I viewed the Leader boards before they shut down at end of Star Trek: Second Contact… RANK POSITION #1 had close to 59,900 Latinum.
RANK POSITION #5000 had close to 11,000 Latinum.
So again, the numbers above are RANK POSITIONS and NOT the total Latinum you earned. (If that was the case the Lowest earning would have got the best Prizes. I doubt those winning 1-100 Latinum got the best Prizes. 😉 )
As usual, I ask that ANY issues with the Leaderboards be addressed DIRECTLY TO TINYCO. This is a helpful information post and nothing more. I am unable to see into anyone’s games or make changes to anyone’s games. Only TinyCo can answer ANY questions in regards to YOUR personal Leaderboard standings/prizes, so please ask them if you are unsure or need more help/clarifications. (You can also see the Help post on them from Christmas if that applies.)

I produced over 948 pod plants just to get Bertram, but nothing.
I have repeatedly asked about the current game because of what appears to glitches.
Is there another way to contact them?

Rank 624 or something. No clams we’re used and like 950 plant pods. Not sure if this was legal but still enjoyig bertram.

Hi was deleted from the leaderboard. Any idea why this would happen? I sent them an in game message about it, but haven’t heard back. I spent hours the last two days cashing in the pink currency for pod plants which dropped latinum. I finished in the top 500, but now I’ve been taken off the list. I put a lot of effort into finishing in the top 500 and nothing to show for it. FRUSTRATING!!

Give them time to evaluate your game and reply. Make sure you let them know how many pod plants you got.

I got 2 borg puppies. I got the pop up twice saying I got my prize yesterday, but today I actually saw both of them on the screen at the same time.

Strange, no “ribbon button” leading to leaderboard/”you are a winner “-message anymore, no pop-up, nothing in inventory. My score also disappeared from the leaderboard some time after the event ended. (Was #356). No response from TC to my messages.

As it is noted in this very post you are commenting on… WAIT. Give them time to award all prizes (at least a few days) and if you messaged them… WAIT. It can take up to 5 days for a response. Also try restarting your device to ensure if one was sent, it uploaded to your device. 😉

Thought Its give them five days after I sent them the second message through support pages (before my previous post here). More than a week snow, but still nothing. Very dissapointed that I don’t even get an automated reply that the issue is registered. I have given up on sending messages from the game itself, as I never ever Hasbro gotten a response there. Only time I ever heard from them was when I submitted a crash report from a popup that appeared on launch design the x-mas event.

Not sure where to put this. A new change – I just sent peter to the archery range and the chance for an egg has increased to the full bar. I’m sure when I sent him earlier today that it was only about 3/4 full

I was all set too for Borg Rupert to be the ONLY Star Trek item I didn’t have in my game. I had made my peace. To be able to have got him now…

Dang! I could have easily made top 500 no problem, but settled in at around 600ish and made sure I didn’t drop any lower on that last day. I had like 12,000 latinum to spend still : ( Oh wells! I got what I wanted, Bertum, and I love it!

Ditto! Oh well, I’m plenty happy with Bertram, as he was the only thing I really wanted out of the event.
Which reminds me, I need to let my puppy out to roam the streets.

Bertram is voiced as it turns out, yay! … And hard work paid off along with spending a few clams. This makes me happy.

Thanks for explaining. I was baffled at how I got Borg Rupert even though I only finished about #400. And I did it 100% freemium.
